Disconnecting electric supply from LT control panel and starter of submersible pump motor of any size removing the pipe line connection from discharge side, lifting submersible pump motor set alongwith column pipe from bore well with the help of chain pulley block and Refixing of submersible pump set after repair and reconnecting with existing pipe line and making electric connection with the panel board including replacement of rusted nuts, bolts, rubber gaskets and clamps including transporting to workshop and return back after repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Rewinding of submersible motor with PVC insulated copper wire of existing gauge after removing the old wire and insulated material, cleaning of stator slots and making good for winding all insulating material for submersible motor of capacity 5 - 7.5 HP complete.

Rewinding of submersible motor with PVC insulated copper wire of existing gauge after removing the old wire and insulated material, cleaning of stator slots and making good for winding all insulating material for submersible motor of capacity 12 -12.5HP complete.

Rewinding of submersible motor with PVC insulated copper wire of existing gauge after removing the old wire and insulated material, cleaning of stator slots and making good for winding all insulating material for submersible motor of capacity 25 HP compete.

M&L for repair of leakage of water supply line of size 40/50mm dia including GI fitting/welding etc with necessary excavation in hard /dense soil with returning filling and removal of excaveted soil and testing of pipeline after repairing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note-Any connected items required for repair of pipe line such as Bend, socket, union etc are included in quoted rate).

M&L for repair of leakage of water supply line of size 80/100 mm dia including GI fitting/welding/flange joint etc with necessary excavation in hard /dense soil with returning filling and removal of excaveted soil and testing of pipeline after repairing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note-Any connected items required for repair of pipe line such as flange joint ,socket ,union etc are included in quoted rate).

(Note-Any connected items required for repair of pipe line such as Bend, socket, union etc are included in quoted rate).

M&L for repair of leakage of water supply line (PPR) 40/50 mm dia including PPR fitting etc with necessary excavation in hard /dense soil with returning filling and removal of excaveted soil and testing of pipeline after repairing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note-Any connected items required for repair of pipe line such as Bend ,socket ,union etc are included in quoted rate). Notes for Sr item No 5 to 9 : - (i) Earth work shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of schedule. (ii) GI fittings/PPR fittings/welding work/flange joint if required shall be included in quoted rate. (iii) Adequate tradesman /supporting manpower shall be deployed by contractor as and when required for maintenance of above mentioned work. The supervisor /site Engineer of the contractor will get detailed instructions by concerned AGE/JE every morning for rectification of defects. (iv) Any delay in non-rectification of defetcs shall immediately be communicated to AGE/JE.

M&L for servicing/Repairing of submersible pumping set of capacity 5 HP to 12.5 HP and making servicing,greesing,oiling,cleaning of dust,sand etc and reassembling including electric connection and making pump fully functional including testing and commissioning after repair/replacing spare parts Note:- 1. Spare parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items as supply only. 2. Make of spare parts shall be of KSB/Kirloskar .

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 depth, for foundation, etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manhole, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 Sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick.

Removal of surplus soil not exceeding 50mtr and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5mtr above the starting point

Cleaning of RCC Underground/Semi underground reservoir / tank/sump to be cleaned by stoping the main incomming of water and removing the silt/sand and scrapping the internal surfaces of the tank with wire brush, removing the fungus, deposited and removing the scrap material not exceeding 100 mtr from site and washing the sump internally with bleaching powder solution including applying two coats of lime wash on internal surface including ceiling, floor complete and writing “TANK CLEANED ON ………..” on external surface with white paint on black baseincluding preparation of surface & applying two coats of cement based paint on the external surface. writing letters not less than 4” size upto 50000 Gallons capacity all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note- Any extra cost for machinary and tool required for cleaning the tank/Sump will be included in cost quoted by the contractor.

Cleaning of MS OH reservoir tank to be cleaned after removing/draining out, silt/residual silt and scrapping the internal surfaces of the tank with wire brush, repairing of damaged parts by welding/jointing, removal of all the fungus, deposits and washing the complete tank with bleaching powder solution complete all as specified and providing two coats of paint on internal and external surface of tank and overflow pipe using synthetic enamel paint complete and painting black base and writing “TANK CLEANED ON ………..” with white paint complete and writing letters not less than 4” size for 9600 Gallons capacity all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Opening the electric induction/centrifugal motor/pump of capacity 25 HP and taking out the unserviceable winding wire complete and cleaning the slots, rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of gauge same as existing gauge including all other insulating material, (i.e. cotton tap, PVC tap, PVC sleeve glass pipe, varnish) complete as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting the centrifugal pump and repairing the same by replacing unserviceable spare parts including lath work etc and re-assembling the same in original position of 25 HP pump complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Spare parts required for repaired shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of 45 this schedule)
