Site clearance in soft/loose soil,complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each in soft/loose soil, n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) Type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate,in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for mild steel works,hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion,drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290, Grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for, rolled mild steel Fe 410-W (Gde-E 250) Quality 'A', in joist, channel, angle, or tee sections,fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated),complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix, mild steel screw bolts (machine made), with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, diameter of shank 11 to 15 mm, length of bolt exc.5 cm but n.exc.10 cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix, mild steel round bars,Gde-I,IS 432(Part-I), 10 mm dia.,cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and securing to fencing post as in stiffners to GI Chain Link fencing, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply Only,Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type,complete all as specified.

Fixing Only,chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts,etc.including provision of binding wire,complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Supply of chain link fencing and wire will be measured and paid seperately.

Material and Labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel and iron surface of any description,over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described, including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel and iron surface of any description,n.exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint, including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
