Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 grade stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including all carriages.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including all carriages.

Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc. and removal of form for foundation, footings basses of columns etc . including all carriages.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level including curing in Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand ) including all carriages.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete at all levels, Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more, including all carriages.

Providing and laying cement concrete coping 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) including all carriages.

12mm Cement plaster of mix in 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including all carriages.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm)
