Supply and fixing of pre-painted galvalume, aluminuim zinc coating, GI based corrugated steel sheet, 0.50mm thick, conforming to IS-15961, of red colour, having tensile strength of 550 MPa, as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including taking down of old sheets of any descriptions as existing on site complete all as specified and as directed. Note- The sheets shall have super durable polyester quality paint of approved colour, 150 gm/sqm total on both sides, suitable for exterior application conforming to IS-15965.

Supply and fixing of rolled mild steel works as in bands, straps, wind ties, angle cleats and similar small articles etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from existing water storage tanks of capacity exceeding 250 litres and not exceeding 500 litres by emptying, drying and cleaning the tank by scrubbing the dust with wire brush from tank including cleaning from mouths of circulating pipes, to entire satisfaction of Engr-in–charge of cleaning, including writing date of cleaning with oil paint of of visible colour in font size not less than 100 mm high complete all as specified and directed. (The rates includes for disconnecting of existing water tank, lowering if required and hoisting, reconnecting and refixing in same position after cleaning ) NOTE: - (i) The whole process of disconnecting, reconnecting and refixing in same position after cleaning shall be done on the same day, if failing so, Rs. 100/- shall be deducted for each tank per day from the contractor due. (ii) A separate register to be maintained by contractor for cleaning and occupant signature with date to be obtained in it.

Matrerial and labour for cutting and uprooting of grass/vegetation over roof surfaces and roughning old brick tile/concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping clean with wire brusing and washing down with water to remove dust etc, including flushing & filling damaged/open joints junction of parapets in CM 1:3 and applying neat cement slurry 3.0 Kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Matrerial and labour for 40mm thick average thickness PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course / padding over roof surface with water proofing compound @ 2% by the weight of cement, surface to be finished even and smooth with using extra cement to receive APP membrane etc complete all specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for APP polymeric water proofing treatement to roof using membrane minimum 3 mm thick and weighting not less than 3.6 kg/sqm , black finish reinforced with non-woven polyster matt (Weight not less than 150 gms/Sqm) with thermo fusible finish laid by force application after applying compatible bitumen primer at the rate of 0.40 Ltr per Sqm, by the same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/ltr at 25' C temprature and viscosity 70-160 cps over the primer coat, torching over laps with a propane or butane gas torch with a over lap of 100 mm at the side and 150 mm at the ends and sealing including a tack coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm below APP and two coats water proofing paint with aluminium finish on top of laid APP surfaces including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed. NOTES : - (i) The water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators duly approved by GE in writing. (ii) 5% amount of the total amount of water proofing treatment shall be retained as a guarantee and shall be released after 10 years. However contractor may deposit the FDR of same amount in favour of GE. If contractor fail to rectify the defect pointed out during this period in writing, the defect shall be got rectified at contractor' risk and cost and the payment shall be made from the amount kept reserved or by encashing the FDR deposited by the contractor as guarantee. Contractor's quoted rate for this item shall deemed to be inclusive of this aspect.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs, coping, benching, kneelers, apex stone, bed plates, etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary from work etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing of water storage tank of 500 ltr capacity, HDPE triple layer, cylindrical, vertical with closed top and FDA approved, 100% UA stabilized, rust proof, ISI marked, fixed and hoisted in position on staging or roof complete with locking arrangement including over flow pipe, air lock pipe, brass valve 20 mm high pressure with polythene float and flynut, ISI marked, screwed and suitable for iron pipe 20 mm bore complete including dismantling/ taking out of old water tank & removing from site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Tank shall be white and make of tank shall be engraved on the tank.

Supply and fixing of water storage tank of 1000 ltr capacity, HDPE triple layer, cylindrical, vertical with closed top and FDA approved, 100% UA stabilized, rust proof, ISI marked, fixed and hoisted in position on staging or roof complete with locking arrangement including over flow pipe, air lock pipe, brass valve 20 mm high pressure with polythene float and flynut, ISI marked, screwed and suitable for iron pipe 20 mm bore complete including dismantling/ taking out of old water tank & removing from site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Tank shall be white and make of tank shall be engraved on the tank.

Supply and fixing of PVC (SWR) 110 mm pipe single socket in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall or in floors including dismantling of pipes of any description any length including bends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of PVC (SWR) 75 mm pipe single socket in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall or in floors including dismantling of pipes of any description any length including bends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of PVC (SWR) floor trap 75mm dia plain with PVC grating including jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc of any thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on surface of any description of brick or concrete and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on surfaces of walls, chajjas, fascias etc and effloroscent salts and treating oil and greasy spots washing down with water and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkaline resistant primer including filling up all cracks with tar plastic (STP) crack filler and also, make good to plastered surface including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing mild steel work as in wind ties etc of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring in existing conduit using approved colour coding as per IS, with multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm (Nominal area), single core, FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded cable drawn through in existing non metallic/mettalic medium grade concealed/Surface conduit and including replacement of its fittings including all tees, bell mouth pieces and fixing accessories such as couplers, saddlers, pipe hooks etc, PVC junction boxes ISI marked with GI metal flush boxes made out of 1.2mm thick of any module from 2 to 18 module confirming to IS-5139(pt-I) of 1969 and IS:14772-2000 with earth dolly coated with two coats of anti corrosive paint including modular cover plates with frame i.e. inner and outer plate extended upto 25 mm over metal flush boxes for housing the modular switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc with brass screws and brass washers and making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing for one light / fan / Bell point contorlled by one switch including 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH copper cable, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor green colour as earth continuity conductor upto common earth and connecting to common earth dolly with suitable size of lugs for one light point/ fan point/Bell Point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES:- 1. Switch, socket and fan regulators to be measured and paid for separately. 2. All chases will be cut by chase cutter only.

Supply and fixing of modular switches, one way, 6 amps one module, 230V, 50 Hz supply, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of ceiling rose surface bakelite 65x50mm, 3 terminal complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories 230V, 50 Hz, copper wounded of 1200 mm sweep with BLDC technology, max power input upto 35 Watt, copper wire induction mortor with 5 Star BEE rating complete alongwith canopy cover, down rod, 'U' clamp, including fixing acessories & connecting 3 Core PVC flexible copper wire 1.00 Sqmm from ceiling rose to fan complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of heavy duty exhaust fan metallic body 300 mm sweep with and including louvers, electric, single phase 1400RPM, 240 volt 50 Hz complete and making suitable hole in existing cement concrete / brick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 as per site requirement and removing unserviceable / loose / broken debris upto 500m distance and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surface including plastering as required & finishes including grouting four Nos rag bolts, nuts & washers and connecting with 3 core copper flexible cable of size 23/0.0076 including testing & commissioning after installation at site complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE:- Amount of credit of Rs. 26,625.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No 21 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
