Form work to edges of concrete flats,treads,breaks in floors,window cills,concrete railings,openings in concrete walls,floors,shelves, roofs,and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls,horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 5cm but n exc 10 cm wide rough finished surfaces complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors, kota stone, granite flooring, tiles flooring and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floors & finishing the surface even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L non-skid ceramic coloured tiles of 7 to 8mm thick, (square / rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L light shade, vitrified tiles, 10mm thick (minimum), (square/ rectangular polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 Sqm (including 600mmx600mm size) but not exceeding 0.42 Sqm, in flooring set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles and over & including 15mm thick screed bedding in CM 1:4 complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L vitrified tiles of light shade, 10mm thick (minimum) (square/ rectangular) polished area of each tiles equal to or exceeding 0.36 Sqm but not exceeding 0.42 Sqm,cut to size as required in skirting/dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour tiles over and including 10 mm thick rendering with CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding or backing coat, removing rubbish off the premises, removal and depositing where directed and leaving the more clean of any plastering complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450mmx300mmx 7mm thick on vertical surface such as skirting, dados, risers to steps etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps,jambs,pillers,window-cills,cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or backing coat in CM(1:4) and rounding to edges of granite slab where required like steps,cooking plate form etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.(Note:- colour and shade as approved by Engineer-in-charge.)

M&L 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12 mm thick cement mortar (1:3) and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sqm with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1.00 sq.m and n.exc 2 sq.m each complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
