SUPPLY OF SONA MASURI RICE

The bidder should have experience in supplying same/similar items. a)If the bidder is manufacturer, The quantity supplied for the proposed item should be at least 52,800 kgs required under this tender in any one of the following financial years: 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25. Note: For Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs), the minimum supply requirement shall be 26,400 kgs. b)Tenders submitted by authorized representatives/agents of eligible manufacturers may also be considered, provided the following conditions are met: 1. The Manufacturer must meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above in full and must furnish authorization letter assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations for the goods supplied. 2. The Authorized Representative/Agent must have supplied at least 19,800 kgs during any one of the financial years: 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25. Note: All bidders must enclose relevant supporting documents, such as Purchase Order copies, as proof of compliance with the above criteria.

The manufacturers or authorized dealers/distributors are eligible. The authorized dealers/distributors should furnish authorization letter from the manufacturer.

Financial Capability: a) The average annual financial turnover of the tenderer should not be less than Rs.47.00 lakhs, during the last three preceding financial years, namely: FY 2022-23 FY 2023-24 FY 2024-25. b) In case of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs), the required average annual financial turnover should not be less than Rs.23.50 Lakhs, during the last two preceding financial years: FY 2023-24 FY 2024-25. The bidders should furnish Annual Turnover Certificate/Profit & Loss statement & Balance sheet duly certified by a chartered accountant.
