Taking down wooden chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area not exceeding 1.50 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down wooden chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exceeding 1.50 sqm but not exceeding 4.00 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down wooden door shutter area exceeding 1.00 but not exceeding 2.00 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix solid PVC door frames of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube all as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of mild steel tubes for top & bottom rails. Mild steel frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and wood grain printed PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the mild steel frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with 5 mm X 15 mm PVC sheet beading and decorative PVC beading of 10 mm X 10 mm (90⁰) used instead of exposed portion of PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum comp ressive strength of 58 N/mm2 , modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and as per specification & drawing as applicable to item 08100A given in SSR Part – II (2020). (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. S&F for factory made 30mm thick 100% Solid WPC ( Wood polymer Composite) Laminated Flush Door Shutter of required size comprising of virgin PVC resin of K Value 57-60 ( Suspension Grade ), Calcium Carbonate and natural fibers ( Wood Powders/ rice husk/ wheat husk ) and Non toxic additives, (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 grm ) made from Extrusion process WPC foam sheet Single Extruded ( Inner ) with having minimum density not less than 650 kg/cbm, having good screw holding capacity ( Screw Withdrawal strength of 1800 N ( Face ) & 900 N ( Edge ), Minimum Compissive of 50 N/mm2, Modulus of elasticity 850N/mm2 and resistance of spread of flame of Class A category with Property of being Termite/ Borer Free.Water/ Moisture Proof and Fire Retardant. WPC to be Laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted on both faces of shutter and fixinng stainless Steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS Screws. All as per direction of Engineer In-Charge, Material test certificate and authentication should be compulsory provided by the manufacturing company : For WC/Bathroom/Toilet/Kitchen/Balcony Doors. S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E 250 quality C conforming to IS 2062: 2011 as in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 35 mm thick, timber species of super group and durability class I as per IS 12896: 1990 and first grade as per IS 1003 (Part-1): 2003, factory made, panelled shutters (one panel) with lock rail and panel of 12 mm thick veneered particle board, Grade -I, Type -I (solid core, general purpose), designation (SO GP-I) conforming to IS 3097 supplied and fixed to chowkhats. The size of style and rail as per IS 1003 (Part I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated.
