Excavation in foundation , trecnches etc., in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work blasting work,kankar moorum,singles including decomposed soft and hard rock,including chiselling wedging clearance of bushes etc.including shoring, dewatering etc. in all leads and lifts stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 meters clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth and sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layers by remming and watering and then disposing of all surplus earth within all leads and lifts complete to the entire satisfaction as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the site of work.(Pick work 40%,Jumper work 30% & Chiselling work in soft rock and Hard rock )

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement, 4and 8 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) complete excluding cost of work in foundatiion and plinth.

Providing form work with steel plated 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring,shuttering,strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for in situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :-

Vertcal surface such as walls (any thickness ) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses and the like

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls runder 20cm wide

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3(1cement:1.5sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and including under water curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforced concrete work :-

In foundation ,footing,bases of column and the like

Wall(any thickness but not less than .10 mtrs attaches pillasters,buttresses plinth and stirng courses etc.,fron top of found,level up to floor level

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1cement:4sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size ) wfith 15% plum and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in retaining / breast wall, the size of plums shall usually be 150mm to 300mm as per HPPWD specificationwith in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Boulder filling dry hand packed tightly under floor

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement, 3 and 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) complete excluding cost of work in foundatiion and plinth

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement:2sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing TMT steel bar reinforcement for RCC work including binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in- charge

Providing in RCC. Work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortar 1:3(1cement:3sand) complete in all respect.

Providing and laying MSERW pipe 150mm dia during concreting jfor scouring arrangement

Providing and fixing C.I. Sluice valves 150mm dia of class PN-1 with MSERW pipe 150mm dia including flanges as per table 5 with nuts and bolts, 3mm thick asbestos insertation, two layers of welding from inside and out side of the pipe complete in all respect.
