Taking down carefully existing copper / aluminium point wiring (Light / Fan / Socket or Power Point) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators sockets etc to be measured separately), removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc as per existing specification complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down of ceiling fan/ Exhaust fan of any size/ sweep, keep in safe custody for refixing after complete of False ceiling work inside room, including overhauling of fan complete with sevicing, lubricating, greasing etc cleaning the surface and applying spray painting with one coats of synthetic enamel paint and refixing, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Spare parts like capacitor, bush and bearing where required to be replaced are inclusive in the rate quoted.

M & L in replacement of Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth electrode 60Cm x 60Cm x 6 mm thick directly burried in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below the normal ground level conneceted to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by mens of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron steel including necessery excavation earth work PCC chamber CI chamber cover protection pipe watering pipe etc. (Complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 and conected to earthing test point complete including excavation earthwork, PCC chamber, chamber cover ,funnel watering and protection pipe etc all specified and directed and testing on completion. Note :- If the desired earth resistance is not found, earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department.

Supply , install , commissioning and testing of Water Cooled Scroll Chillers with sliding type capacity control , comprising of one or multiple Hermetic sealed scroll compressors of total capacity not less than 55TR in each unit, flooded Evaporator, Shell and Tube Condenser and suitable expansion device. The Chiller shall be suitable for operation on R - 410A refrigerants and of nominal capacity 55 TR each to achieve and maintain 23 ± 2 degree centigrade inside temperature and 55 ± 5% RH for ambient AHR conditions with the following equipment and accessories complete all as specified and as directed.
