Supply and delivery of Cast iron double flanged Non- Rising Spindle Sluice Valve generally confirming to IS 14846 having body door /dome/Bonnet and cover of cast Iron Gr FG 260, Spindle of IS 6603, Gr-12 cr-13, spindle nut & seat rings are of Gunmetal as per IS:318 LTB 2. Flanges flat faced and drilled to IS:1538 Part IV & VI, Valves are suitable for maximum working pressure of 10/16 kg/sqcm (seat test) and body tested to 15/24 kg/sqcm 350 NB and above valves should be provided with enclosed gear box and antifriction device for ease of operation. Supply delivery at site alone front access type MCC panel with compartment wise 1.6mm thick and load bearing 2 mm CRCA sheet enclosed outdoor floor mounted dust and vermin proof quivalent to IP-55 degree of protection CPRI approved,epoxy painted with all neoprene gaskets,cubical type with front & rear lockable hinged door MCC with TPN electrolytic grade L.T panel on FRP insulator,detachable gland plate at bottom & suitable for installation on cable trenches complete with Al bus bar of suitable size(1A/mm2 will be max) and comprising with one Incomer of 32Amps MCB alnog with appropiate metering units and swith gears and 2 nos outgoing feeder for DOL operated 3 HP openwell submersible pumps and one nos spare feeder with 32A MCB , all feeder shoud be comprising with proper switchgears and other items duly wired up with necessary earthing protection. Earthing with 50mm dia G.I pipe 3.64mm thick 3.04mtr long and 1 x 4 swg. G.I with (4mtrs long)13mm dia x 80mm long GI bolts, double nuts,double washers including supplying and fixing 15mm dia G.I pipe protection (1mtr long)to be fitted with bitumen and salt partly under the ground level and partly above the ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65mtr below the ground level and restoring the surface duly rammed.As per direction of EIC. Earthing to be done for each pole. By ISI- Medium GI Pipe

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6 ) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe

Installation, testing & commissioning of above supplied Open well submersible pump motor,MCC panel, sluice valves, non return valve, Enlarger/Reducer, Elbow, flanges and specials, gauges including supply of all erection items, pipe support, valve support, nut, bolt, fabrication of enlarger and delivery line and common delivery header, laying/drawing of power cables through conduit pipe protection (with necessary jointing materials, brass compensation glands) as required for completion of work as per relevant IE Rules with the entire satisfaction of EIC in compliance with approved departmental drawing and specification including labour charges and hire charges of Generator, welding set, fuel, lubricants etc. required for completion of work and Painting of the installation (viz. valves, pipe lines and other electro-mechanical parts by two coats of epoxy paint (colour to be decided by EIC) over a coat of primer as per direction of EIC.
