Annual Operation and Maintenance of HT/ LT electrical & mechanical installations of 33/0.433 KV Substation, Operation of Lifts and Escalators, DG sets, New Terminal Building, Car Parking Area, Old power house, Cargo building, Admin offices, etc. including repair, maintenance, attending to complaints/fault/breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability/ satisfactory working condition of the system, carrying-out Preventive maintenance, upkeeping of records/documentation etc. as specified on all days i/c Sundays and Holidays as per Agreement conditions/ terms & conditions of tender documents by providing/engaging manpower as mentioned in the SCC clause-12 with sufficient number of relievers are to be deployed throught out the contract period. (NOTE: Shift timing will be decided by Engineering-in-charge or his representative as per the site requirement and flight operational hours.)

Annual Operation of HVAC system (Consisting of Centrifugal type water cooled Chiller 02 nos. with VFD giving actual Capacity of 700TR , Cooling tower 02 no. each 700 TR, Centrifugal Pumps, AHUs 19 nos. of different capacity, Hot Water pumps-02 no. each 160 KW, BMS, Ozone system, Exhaust system, water softening plant, Complete VRF system and Air curtains etc as specified on all days i/c Sundays and Holidays as per Agreement conditions/ terms & conditions of tender documents by providing/engaging manpower as mentioned in the SCC clause-12 with sufficient number of relievers are to be deployed throught out the contract period. (NOTE: Shift timing will be decided by Engineering-in-charge or his representative as per the site requirement and flight operational hours.)

Servicing of 33kv H.T panel 33 kV Switch Board VCB panel with 02 Nos. VCBs incomer 1250 Amps and 04 Nos. VCBs, as Outgoing, 1250, 01 No. VCB as HT metering panel of 1250 Amps i/c cleaning, lubrication of all movable parts, pole alignment, testing of closing/tripping/ control circuit, checking of operation mechanism, checking of busbar tightness, bottle inspection, TNC switch operation, wiring tightness, trolly movemment checking, setting and greasing of finger contract, check and rectify motor spring charing mechanism. Checking of all protection ckt tripping of breaker with transformer (WTI, OTI & buchholz relay) etc. and testing & calibration of associated relays including secondary injection testing (Master trip relay, trip circuit supervision relay, Current balances relay, O/C & E/F relay, and Auxiliary relay etc. and submission of report. Total VCBs - 1250A- 07 Nos (VCB make- L&T/ABB/C&S) (NOTE:- Service/Visit/Job of VCBs and all associated relays will be done only by OEM / OEM authorised dealers/specialised agency. Cost of spares (if required) shall be paid extra by AAI.

Servicing of all LT panel suitable for 415 V, 3 Phase , 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply system, having extensible TPN aluminium alloy bus bars of high conductivity and switchgear mentioned below /as per specifications enclosed in the tender i/c cleaning, lubrication of all movable parts, pole alignment, testing of closing/tripping/ control circuit, checking of operation mechanism, checking of busbar tightness, bottle inspection, TNC switch operation, wiring tightness, trolly movemment checking, setting and greasing of finger contract, check and rectify motor spring charing mechanism. Visit of specialized Engineer (Panel Person) for attending synchronization issue including repairing of emergency fault of all HT, LT, APFC, HVAC, Sub-LT panels and Bus-bar system along with Software Engineer for attending synchronization PLC System and submission of reports by the manufacturer or the authorised service dealer of manufacturer at substation of Dehradun Airport. (1 visit = 1 job) (make: L&T/C&S/ ABB) (NOTE: Service/Visit/Job will be done only by OEM / OEM authorised dealers/specialised agency. Cost of spares (if required) shall be paid extra by AAI.)

Servicing of sandwitch type busbar with CRM test, moisture test, IR test and partial discharge test of following rating Busbar including submission of reports by the manufacturer or the authorised service dealer of manufacturer at substation of Dehradun Airport. 6300A - 01 no. 4000A -01 no. 3200A FP- 10 nos. 1250A FP- 01 no. 800A - 01 no. (Busbar make: C&S) (NOTE: Service/Visit/Job will be done only by OEM or OEM authorised dealers. Cost of spares (if required) shall be paid extra by AAI.)

Filtration and dehydration of transformer oil in the 33/0.433 KV transformers and its OLTC's including testing of di-electric strength as per instruction / requirement.

Lifting and Lowering of Submersible Pump of upto 10 HP capacity below ground level upto 450 ft. including transportation, loading,unloading charges, bearing and greasing etc. complete as required.

Painting of Electrical Panels / Distribution boards / Equipments in position with Synthetic enamel paint by spray/ brush painting in two coats including scraping, cleaning of surface, painting of required nomenclature etc. as reqd.

Painting of following light poles with 2 coats of Aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacturer, along with one coat of primer including pole boxes, cleaning of surface etc., as required including rewriting the identification Sl.No.

40 mm dia. G.I. pipe pole of length not exceeding 3 Mtr.

50 mm dia. G.I. pipe pole of length not exceeding 3 Mtr.

Tubular street light poles with 100mm base dia. of length not exceeding 11 Mtr.

Rewinding of the following type of Fans & Pumps with copper wire of suitable size as required complete in all respect including replacement of bush, bearing, seal and other worn out spares, pasting of the sticker clearly mentioning date of rewinding etc. complete as required. (Dismantle copper wire, alignment, bearing etc. shall be kept by the contractor and need not to be returned & rewound motor will have minimum warranty period of 06 (Six) months)-

Supply of various items/spares (as per AAI specifications and approved makes) of electrical installations as and when required, including delivery at site of Dehradun Airport. The material should be supplied with proper invoice (with discount on basic price) and challan. The agency will be paid invoice plus 15% percentage of overhead profit (contractor profit). Value of this item is limited to Rs.5,00,000.00 (excluding GST) or as per direction of E-I-C. (Note: Rate to be quoted for percentage of Rs.5,00,000 (above or below)) Example- If agency desires to quote 5% above on Rs. 5,00,000.00, the rate column shall be filled as Rs.5,25,000.00 & If agency desires to quote 5% below on Rs.5,00,000.00, the rate column shall be filled as Rs.4,75,000.00 Note: For payment methodology refer to SCC point 48.

Supply of National Flag of size 20' x 30' in 100% knitted Polyster (140gsm) with reinforced super-strong nylon webbing on all 3 sides (for withstanding strong winds) complete with rope/ toggle on the side sleeve conforming to Flag Code of India, 2002 with up-to date amendments.

Supply of transformer oil of IS: 335/1980 amended upto date with test report as required. (Make of oil shall be as per OEM's recommendation)

Supply for 12V-160AH SMF VR lead acid batteries for DG Sets including less for old batteries (with buy-back of old battery).

Execution of DSR Items (% rate above or below) All items covered under CPWD, DSR E&M-2022 upto an amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Including Operational area charges, Labour Cess etc. but excluding GST). Technical specifications of relevant DSR shall be followed for work execution. The bidder shall quote the rate in INR only for the job corresponding to the base rate (Rs. 5,00,000.00 as per proposed Estimate) and percentage (%) above / below shall be calculated by AAI based on quoted rate w.r.t Base rate and will be paid as per payment methodology given in SCC. For Example: If agency desires to quote 5% above on DSR-2022 rates, the rate column shall be filled as Rs.5,25,000.00 & If agency desires to quote 5% below on DSR-2022 rates, the rate column shall be filled as Rs.4,75,000.00 Note: Payment on DSR work shall be paid as per payment methodology given in SCC.
