SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF FALSE FLOORING IN AMMONIA PLANT CONTROL ROOM

Removing existing components of false flooring system at ammonia control room including stacking of removed materials at designated place within 50 metres

Minor repairs on the MS frame including necessary accessories (Like screw, bolt, Supporting Clamp etc.,) to ensure the frame levelling and stability as instructed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Providing & fixing fully factory fabricated, factory tested removable and re-usable high density E1 chipboard core strengthened with high performance thermosetting resins false flooring panel of size 600 x 600 x 35 mm with supporting systems as per manufacturers specification (contactor has to provide manufacturers specification & test report for the material of work above) for UDL 1350 Kg and point load of 450 kg. make as approved by Engineer-in-Charge (MAKE : UNITILE / UNIFLOOR / LLOYD or Equivalent (Approval by MFL) Providing and fixing 2mm thick antistatic vinyl flooring at the top of high pressure compressed wooden panel 600 x 600 mm confirming to IS-3462(1986) for elastic product value, flexibility, sound reduction factor, inflammability, heat aging exudation and BS 2050-1978 for electric resistant flooring of approved make with fibre base using rubber base adhesive fully factory fabricated complete as instructed by Engineer-in-Charge Providing and fixing 0.8mm thick aluminium foil at the bottom of wooden panel size 600mm x 600mm as instructed by Engineer-in-Charge Providing and fixing of 5mm thick conductive wooden beeding around all sides of wooden panel and painting with suitable colour as instructed by Engineer-in-Charge
