Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The successful tenderer shall execute an agreement on a stamp paper of Rs. 2500 (non-judicial paper) agreeing to the scope of work and terms and conditions

The tenderer shall furnish a detailed work plan, which shall include all the items required to be implemented as per tender

The Chief Officer Town MUNICIPAL COUNCIL HUNASAMARANAHALLI, reserves the right to accept or cancel all the tenders at any time without assigning any reason

The Chief Officer SCC shall have the right to cancel the contract in the event of non-compliance of the terms and conditions specified in this document, unsatisfactory performance, black listed in any local body, de-recognized by AWBI, found involved in any corrupt / malpractices and to forfeit the EMD. However either party may terminate the contract upon a material breach by the other Party. Either party may terminate this contract at any time by giving three months written notice incorporating appropriate winding up procedure after these have been discussed and agreed with the other party

The Chief Officer SCC is not responsible for providing any man power/Machinery/Vehicle/Equipments for executing any kind of work mentioned in the scope of work
