Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L filling PCC type D2 1:5:10 (40 mm graded stone aggr) as in sunken floor after applying appropriate treatment to side walls complete.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement plaster 1:3 with WPC on vertical sides of sunken floor incl finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement all as specified.

M&L 25mm thick PCC type Type B-O 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggr) with WPC in filling of sunken floor all as specified.

M& L complete preparation of efflorescence or wet internal wall surface using wire brush/ smart tool hand held sender to remove all the loose laitance & wash with clean water and applying crack filling as directed on site wet the wall prior to over coating brush apply 1 primer coat of Dr fixit Primeseal & allow to dry for 4 hours , apply damp proof coating Dr fixit Damp guard, Blend a mixture of Dr Fixit & water in the ratio 1:1:1(Base: Hardener: Water) & brush apply 2 coat over the plastered surface in as per manufacturers instn over coat of walls with the suitable protective (decorative) coating complete all as specified and directed Make : Dr Fixit or Equivalent as directed by Engineer in Charge

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. Fixed in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Non skid ceramic joint free floor tiles 7-8mm thick (Square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement over and including bedding layer 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Glazed ceramic tiles, coloured (light colour as approved), of size 450X 350X 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc s set and jointed in cement slurry over 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls incl raking out joints hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in in two layers 5mm thick in CM 1:4,over 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on fair face of brick work/Stone or concrete surface to be finished even and smooth without using extra cemen Including WPC compound 3% by weight of cement.(Note :a) Intergial WPC Compound shall be used in sencond layer,b) Intergial WPC shall be paid seperately on supply only.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall incl sweeping clean with brush to remove loose dust, sand, by hand held / long handle sander etc and applying two coats of heavy duty waterproofing coat (Dr Fixit Wounderproof-1 or equivalent) by mixing water @ 25-30% to make slurry coating and allow 4 to 6 hrs time for drying up of first coat before application of second coat in perpendicular direction of first coat and further left to dry for 4 hrs complete all as specified and directed as per manufacturer instructions.

M&L Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finishing the surface even and even smooth without using extra cement..

M&L for preparation of new plastered and unplastered or concrete surfaces and applying three coat of white wash all as specified

Removal of all loose/unsound/bad/damaged concrete or plaster existing RCC structure of slab/beams/walls by using chesel/hammar .Cut and remove unsound reinforcement bars, wires etc without damaging the sound reinforcement . clean loose rust from bars manually with brush supplyng and fixing new supplymentary bars if required,either by welding on it. Applying eppoxy bonding agent and making good with polymer modified plaster/micro concrete as required thickness over a coat of rust removing alkaline primer and match the finishing to the existing surface in ground floor including formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for preparation and applying three coats of white wash on new plastered surface of celing all as specified and directed
