Demolition or cutting of matalled bitumenns and concrete road and pucca paver on or below G.L upto 1.50 meter depth including stacking of servicable material and disposal of unservicable material within 20 meter leads and including cutting the necessary reinforcement completeall leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the dircetion and satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in foundation (trenches for pipes and M/holes) upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, blasting soft/hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited, cutting of matelled bitumenous roads / pucca pavements i/c saturated soil/ bailing or pumping out water in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides,levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring,strutting, planking, timbering and dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable and un-usable material/soil separately and after laying, jointing and testing of pipes returning the useable soil to trenches in 15cm (fifteen centimeters)layers including consolidating of each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil,un-usable materials as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original condition and also including cost of diversion of traffic,night signals,fixing caution boards,crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge witnin all leads and lifts.

Laying, jointing and testing of DI Pipe spigot and socket joint with CML (SBR Iron Push-on joint) complete in all respects, as per IS 8329-2900 Class K7 Dimensions and test tabs versions in all respect and as per latest amendments or Edition. 200 mm Dia

Providing and jointing tyton (Push on joints) to Ductile iron pipe 200mm Dia and fitting i/c testing of the joints cost of rubber gasket(EPDM Quality) conforming to IS: 5382 (Latsest Edition amendment) complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts.and as per latest amendments or Edition.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1:cement :4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth i/c carriage of material within all leads and lifts all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the dircetion and satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Cement Concrete M30 (Design Mix) But not less than 1:1/2:3 & Curing Complete exculding the cost of from work and reinforcement for reinforced cement work.

Foundation footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete complete with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

In walls(any thickness) and not less than 0.10 mtr thickness attached pillaster buttresses, plinth and string courses etc from top of foundation level up to floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the dircetion and satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

In suspended floors, roofs, landing and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the dircetion and satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing from work with steel plates 3.15mm thick 'welded with angle iron frames 30x30x3mm' as toe to give fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and Ballies height of propping 3 centers below supporting up to 4' resting rods succeeding 4' fairs and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in:-

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like floors etc.up to 200mm in thickness as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level (tor steel) complete with in all leads and lifts. as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying cement slurry on RCC Slab or cement concrete work using 2.75 kg of cement per Sq.m of floor area complete with in all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 200mm wide CI Rungs with chequarred /Ribbed non slip surface including fixing in poistion complete in all respect.

Providing & Fixing Pre Cast SFRC Manhole cover having size of 560 mm internal dia (Heavy Duty) with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1:cement :3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in:-Foundation and plinth i/c carriage of material within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the dircetion and satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
