The bidder should have valid registrations/license certificate of the following from the appropriate Govt, agencies

Income Tax Returns of past 3 years (2022-23, 2023-24& 2024-25).

The Bidder should be a registered company under The Companies Act, 1956 or Limited Liability Partnership firm registered under The Limited Liability Partnership Act 2008

Undertaking to comply with the Terms and Conditions (including corrigendum/addendum if any) mentioned in the tender document.
