Supply and spreadng /bedding sand cushoning for cable protection/cover in trenches 08 cm before layng of cable and 15 cm deep over the cable complete all as specified.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type 1, flat, size 250mmx150mmx40mm laid perpendicular to cable length in trench air gap should not more than 5mm to each other after sand cushioning to cable complete all as specified.

Returning, filling, in including spreading, leveling , watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtrs above the starting point complete all as specified.

Note: 1. The MCCBs, and MCBs. will be measured and paid saperately in respective Sch A item. 2. Material and labour for scraping the rusted surface of LT panel/feeder pillar any descreption/size (approx size 2 to 4 Sqm) and applying the primer coat of red oxide and painting on surface of LT Panels/feeder pillars 2 coats of super enamal paint grey/sky blue/existing colour with sparygun including writing of feeder pillar numbers in appropriate size of letters complete all as specified.

Suupply and Fixing in replacement of Mild steel sliding door bolts plate type, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia, 200mm long bolt with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed on front side door of LT panel board complete all as specified.

Material and labour for repairing/replacing the broken hinges of LT panel shutters with stainless steel hinges of 200mm long by welding/bracing with nut bolts of existing LT panels shutters of any descreption complete all as specified.

Material and labor for edging the machine cut /true dressed jodhpur stone patty of size 30 cm in width, 60 cm long and 50 mm thick, to make edge aroung the LT Panels complete all as specified.

Supply and laying the graded coarse aggregate 40mm size for loose filling around the LT Panels or under 2/4/6 poles structure surface dressing and cleaning the vegetation before spreading the gravel complete all as specified.

M&L in replacement of earthing with Galvanised Steel earthplate of size 60x60cmx6mm thick electrode and 32x6mm GI strip as earth lead, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to 32x6mm earth strip by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers of GI all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I, connected to earth test terminal point all as specified or as indicated including testing on completion (Rates inclusive of neccessary excavation in any type of soil, earth work, PCC pit, CI cover, funnel with watering pipe, suitable size of light grade GI Protection pipe for earth strip in ground etc. all as required at site for complete earthing). Note: Testing of earthing shall be carried out after completion of earthing.Payment for earthing shall be admissible after satisfactory test result.

M&L in replacement of GI strip of size 32x6 mm including mounting on PVC/Porcelain insulators on wall and burried in ground depth not less than 60 cm in ground complete all as specified.

Labor for cutting and removing grass, vegetation, bushes/shrubs etc from surrounding of 02 Pole/ 4 Pole structure and LT/ HT Panel E/M installations and removing all rubbish and dressing the gravel/soil and spaying the one time herbicide approved brand (Roundup/Noweed) to prevent the further vegetation complete all as specified.

Restretching aluminium conductor or GI wire on existing over head lines without removing including unbinding from insulator and rebinding to insulator using aluminium binding wire, connections of incoming and outgoing cables, binding with spacers where required and trimming the tree branches with clearance of 3 mtr around of the LT OH line, complete all as specified Note :- (i) Length of span shall be 40 to 50 m. (ii) Due care shall be given while resagging of overhead conductor that there shall be no damage to pin/post/disc insulator and pole. In case, due to any negligence, damage is caused, it shall be made good by the contractor and nothing extra shall be admissible.(iii) Proper shut down will be taken from department and T&P will be provided by contractor

Dismantling and taking down LT pole of old ACSR conductor complete all as specified.

M&L for Replacement of old ACSR conductor with new ACSR conductor including binding of wire and providing jumpers at the end as per site requirement complete all as specified.

Fixing and restretching of old serviceable (ACSR) conductor obtained from items No 53 here in before including binding complete all as specified.

Trimming and cutting of tree branches coming across LT over head line, clearing alround 3m the LT line and disposal of branches/bushes to a distance upto 50m and cleaning the site complete all as directed. Note :- (i) Length of span shall be 40 to 45m. (ii) Due care shall be given while trimming/cutting the tree branches that there shall be no damage to over head line conductor/pole. In case, due to any negligence, damage is caused, it shall be made good by the contractor and nothing extra shall be admissible.(iii) Proper shut down will be taken from department and T&P will be provoded by conractor.
