Supply and laying XLPE insulated armoured cable (heavy duty) electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volts grade of following size after taking down complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge and directed as follows :

16 Sqmm x 2 Core

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning factory made LT ( 415 Volts, 50 Hz , 3-phase, 4 wire supply ) CPRI approved and tested Street Light TIme switch Outdoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 Volts 3 Phase and neutral, 4 wire, 50Hz AC supply system. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, protection class ( IP-54 ) and made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and mild steel angle iron frame work ( made out of 40 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm thick ), front opening type with proper ferrule & cable gland, internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor FR cable of adequate size but not less than 1.5 sqmm complete. All steel metal works including frame shall be with anticorrosive coating with seven tank process and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of Siemens grey shade 7035 embedded in ground with and including bocks of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 of block size 30x30x30 cm, The scope of work also comprising of the following:- ( Location :- ) Make of Panel Board:- Adlec/ Schneider / Universal Switch Gear Control/ Tricolite.

The panel manufacturer should have following Govt. Approved Certificates: 1. Panel should be according to IEC-61439. CPRI Certification Degree of Protection IP-54 (IS/IEC : 61439 (Part-1), 2011 & IS/IEC : 61439 (Part-2) 2011) 2. Tempreature Rise (IS/IEC : 61439-1, 2011 & IS/IEC : 61439-2 2011) 3. CPRI Short Circuit IEC-61439-1 & 2 withstand strenght should be 70kArms for 1.0 Sec with intial peak of 154kApk 4. CPRI Certification IEC-61439-1 & 2 Rated current for short circuit not less than 6300 A with rated insulation voltage 660V 5. ISO 9001 CERTIFIED. Note : Unit rate quoted by the contractor here-in-before also includes for installation of panel on suitable PCC foundation and PCC platform incl necessary earth and PCC work all as per manufacturer instructions and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation, in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying cable in any type of soil and getting out complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Removal of surplus excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L Sand cushioning to under ground cable with dry sand locally available 8cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm above the cable, stretching and testing of cable complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable / serviceable class 'B' bricks from excavated trenches all as specied and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- Serviceable class 'B' bricks kept in safe custody for reuse at site and unserviceable bricks to be through in low lying area.

Supply and laying old size sub class ‘B’ bricks well burnt for cable protections laid flat with length equal to width of brick over cable perpendicular to length of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Laying only serviceable sub class ‘B’ bricks as retrieved from Srl item No 10 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Heat Shrinkable 1.1 KV XLPE Straight Joints of following size including taking down complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge and directed as follows :

10 sqmm to 25 sqmm size

Arranging fault locating machine to locate the fault in underground electric power cable of any length & any type of 1.1 KV grade HT/ LT cables & pin point the fault, it also include testing of the cable after locating fault and cutting the cable at Fault to fix the joint including excavation and earth wotrk in any type of soil complete Note : Cable joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective of Sch 'A' (ii) If fault is not rectifed within 24 hours after receivng message , the contractor shall be charged penalty for Rs 500/- per Hours & the same has been deducred from his account during RAR

Supply & fixing in repair of moulded case circuit breaker four pole 25 to 100 amps 3 pole 16 KA Capacity 415V 50 Hz with adjustable thermal and magnetic relay incl replacement of lugs & disconnecting and taking out the old unservicable MCCB from panel/DBs/ etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge and directed. (Make of MCCB's Legrand/Havells/L&T/C&S) as per site requirement.

M&L for painting of steel tubuler pole after Cleaning and scraping with wire brush complete with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and applying one coat of cement base paint on PCC coping complete all as directed

S&F in repair of LED Street light fitting 60 Watt Highly efficient made of pressure die cast aluminium housing with lens & toughened glass including taking down of old unservicable conventional security light fitting and fixing material ie MS clamp, Nut and bolt,anchor fastner washer etc complete all as directed .

S&F in repair of LED Street light fitting 90 Watt Highly efficient made of pressure die cast aluminium housing with lens & toughened glass including taking down of old unservicable conventional security light fitting and fixing material ie MS clamp, Nut and bolt,anchor fastner washer etc complete all as directed .

S & F LED flood light luminaires 200 watts, 230 volts AC, out door type with pressure die cast housing resistant to impact and corrosion, glare free complete with lamp, driver complete all as specified.

S&F in repair thermoplastic cable junction box with metric knock out for cable entry of size 200x160x98mm with 4 Nos of 200A aluminium busbar mounted on insulators, terminal and provision of din rail for fixing of MCB 10A capacity including fixing with clamp 30x5mm iron flate, nuts, bolts and washer complete including providing of steel conduit of dia 32mm bore of length 1.60 mtr including earth work for taking out of cable,old unsv junction box and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair GI braket for fixing of street light fitting with GI pipe 32/40 mm dia atleast 1.5 mtr long to be fixed in wall while constructing the wall and it has to be bend in 45 degree angle to install the bldg security light fitting including necessary cutting, welding and MS fastner, clamp with strip 38mm wide upto 6mm thick (Min) to the light and painting the bracket by good quality paint as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
