TN-5490 Capital/Breakdown /Routine Maintenance of ID/FD/PA Fans, Air Pre Heaters and Ducts and Dampers of Stage-I to V at KSTPS, Kota

To attend daily works for ID, PA and FD fan Stage-I, II, III , IV as per Part-D of Section-A of G-SCHEDULE & scope of work (i) Checking of oil level and top up. (ii) Checking of oil leakage and attending. (iii) Greasing. (iv) Transportation of oil /empty drum within plant area. (v)Cleaning of equipment. (vi) Assisting the fitters for routine and minor maintenance job from time to time. (vii) Cleaning of filters. (viii) Cleaning of Stores and floor area below motor/ fan pedestal and other stores within plant area. (ix) Thorough cleaning of duct, ash, coal surrounding equipment to keep working and routine maintenance area clean. (x) Checking of air and oil leakage, proper marking and attending during operation and minor breakdown of all areas including ducts and gates. (xi) Cleaning of scanner fan, its filters and casing surrounding area. (xii) Maint. of lube oil pump, replacement of coupling rubber spider etc. (xiii) Any work directed by the Engineer-in- charge from time to time during unit in operation and minor breakdown.

Attending following works daily for Stage-I,II,III,IV & V. ( One Skilled manpower per shift) as per Part-B of Section-C of G-SCHEDULE & scope of work . (a) Checking of oil level and top up. (b) Greasing. ( c) Checking of oil leakages and attending. (d) Transportation of empty / oil drums within plant premises. (e) Cleaning of equipments. (f) Assisting of departmental fitters for routine and minor maintenance jobs from time to time. (g) Cleaning of filters. (h) Cleaning of Stores and floor area below moter fan pedestals and other works within plant area. (i) Thorough cleaning of dust, ash and coal dust surrounding of equipments to keep working and routine maintenance area clean. (j) Checking of air and oil leakage, proper working and attending during operation and minor breakdown of all areas incl. ducts and gates. (k) Any work directed by the Engineer in charge from time to time during unit in operation and minor breakdown. (l) Cleaning of scanner fans, its filters, casing and surrounding areas. (m) Maintenance of lube oil pumps, replacement of coupling rubber spider etc. (n) The work will be generally carried out in day shift but in emergency / site requirement, man power will be deployed round the clock.
