Synchronization panel 1 Nos.x12 Months x 3 years = 36 Months

a) Contract will be executed between two parties after confirming to AMC order.

b) Preventive maintenance will be carried out once in a month.

c) The AMC charges are inclusive of all spares and any spares are replaced during the contract period will be the property of company, batteries are treated as consumables for the same reasons not replacement warranty during AMC period but maintenance covered during AMC period.

d) All break down calls, complaints will be attended to immediately.

Note:- The service reports must be sent to O/o.Divisional Engineer(Elec.)-II and concerned Dy. Exe.Engineer(Elec.)-SBH & AE TTD soon after each service.

Note: (1) The above rates are basic prices excluding GST and applicable GST will be reimbursed / paid as per actuals on production of proof. (2) The bidders are requested to quote the Tender percentage excluding GST. (3) Statutory deductions will be made as per norms, if applicable. Any modalities imposed on GST by the Government from time to time, the same will be implemented
