S&F 6mm thick Designer non-asbestos cement building boards of size 600x600mm, fixed to GI framed work using main 'T' of size 24x38.5mm and cross 'T' of size 24X28.5mm thick made out of PGI sheet 0.30mm thick doubled at web and single at flange, flange covered with powder coated sheet 0.25mm thick and angle 24x24x0.4mm thick covered with powder coated sheet 0.25mm thick including fixing in brick walls with steel rawl plugs & screws @ 600mm C/C for ceiling, suspended with 4mm dia GI wire and upto 2 mtr long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roughning surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified.

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg cement per Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 120-25 mm thick, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) using coarse sand as in flooring, set & jointed in neat grey cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match including grinding and polishing to mirror finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) as backing coat using coarse sand as in vertical surfaces, set & jointed in neat grey cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match including grinding and polishing to mirror finish complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks in cement mortar (1:6), straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc including trenches for laying of cables, pipes etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil after laying and testing of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level not more than 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directeed.

Taking down old unserviceable copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power ponts) including fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, pendant, fan regulators etc of any type and M&L for new point wiring with PVC insulated PVC unsheathed electric (FRLS) cable of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, 1100 Volt grade, single core having multi stranded copper conductor with 1.5 Sqmm green colour PVC insulated unsheathed electric (FRLS) cable having multistranded copper conductor as earth wire connected to earth dolly by providing lugs including non-modular type GI sunken boxes with hylam sheet cover glossy finish including necessary cutting for fixing switches, sockets, regulators etc, drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit (ISI marked) medium grade not less than 20mm dia with all conduit accessories in concealed wiring system including cutting chases in wall and making good in cement mortar (1:3) with all necessary surface finishes such as distempering etc to match the existing surfaces complete all as specified for the following:-

Taking down old unserviceable light fittings and S&F new LED tube light fitting 1x20 Watt T 8 LED batten integrated type with bipin holders connector block complete with all accessories internally prewired including connecting up with three core single wire of suitable size and 20 watt retrofit LED tube rod T 8 polycarbonate complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable light fittings and S&F new LED tube light fitting 2x20 Watt (4 feet) industrial batten box type with bipin holders connector block complete with all accessories internally prewired and making fixing arrangement, suspended to ceiling with 2 feet long metal chain-02 Nos, connecting up with three core single wire including 2x20 Watt retrofit LED tube rod T8 polycabonate, fixed at any height of wall/ceiling complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down old unserviceable light fittings and S&F new building security light fitting versatile pressure die-cast aluminium with high power LED 25 Watt as light source complete with LED 25 Watt 5000K including brackets made out of 40mm dia light grade GI pipe, bent to shape including 02 Nos MS flat iron clamps, nut & bolt and connection complete all as spd and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring of any description and S&F new sub main wiring with two runs of 6.0 Sqmm 1100 Volt grade single core PVC insulated and unsheathed (FRLS) LT cable having multi stranded copper conductor, drawn through and including PVC non metallic conduit of 20mm / appropriate dia with all accessories and one run of 6.0 Sqmm 1100 Volt grade single core PVC insulated and unsheathed (FRLS) LT cable having multi stranded copper conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Two runs of cable, one run of earth wire and one run of PVC non metallic conduit shall be measured as one run length. (ii) Cable required for connection to DBs and MCBs shall be deemed included in quoted rates. (iii) Earth wire shall run inside the conduit pipe.

Taking down old unserviceable distribution boars (DB) of any description and S&F new Distribution Board (DB) made out of sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet) dust and vermin proof SPN 8 way IP 43 (double door) with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar neutral bar, earth bar, 250 Volts, flush to wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement, MCB double pole, 40 Amps 240 Volt 'C' curve 10 kA, IP 20, 50 Hz, transparent lebel holder fully insulated safety shutters suitable for cable up to 35 Sqmm cross sectional area including copper lugs of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement, MCB single pole, 6 to 32 Amps 240 Volt 'C' curve 10 kA, IP 20 transparent lebel holder fully insulated safety shutters suitable for cable up to 35 Sqmm cross sectional area including copper lugs of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable ceiling fan of any description and S&F new ceiling fan of 1200mm sweep, minimum air delivery 230 CMM and having minimum of three star rating with & including blades, down rod of suitable size and all connected accessories, electrical connection with 3 core 0.5 Sqmm wire / lead 230 Volt complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Old ceiling fan to be deposited in MES Store of AGE E/M and necessary receipt voucher to be enclosed with RAR/Final Bill duly vetted by AAO, GE Roorkee.

Taking down existing earthing of any description and M&L for new earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to GI earthing wire 4mm dia size by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earthing wire protected by GI pipe 20 mm bore (light grade) connected to main switch board or any other electrical equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 in chamber of size not less than 300x300x300mm (internal diamentions) with 50mm thick cover made of RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 15 cm C/C both ways and angle iron 40X40X5mm frame etc duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxided primer on exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The unit rate includes earthing wire and protection pipe upto maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate, earth point / test point.

Taking out old unserviceable cable of any description and Supply, laying and testing new XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16.00 Sqmm 2 core including laying directly in ground or passing through protection pipe etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Protection pipe shall be measured and paid for separately at S&F rates.

Supply and laying neat dry river sand in trenches for cushioning to cables in two layers, Ist layer of 8 cm thickness laid before laying of cable and IInd layer of 15 cm thicness laid after laying of cable (total 23 cm) and punning properly around the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- For the purpose of payment, the thickness of sand cushioning shall be measured as 18 cm after punning.

Supply and laying old size sub class 'B' bricks in trenches for cable protection as cable cover, laid dry, flat adjacent to each other across the length of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement, 25mm dia bore GI tubing, medium grade with all fittings for cable protection including GI clamps, nuts, bolts and washer or burried in ground etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
