Surface excavation n. exc. 30cm deep and averaging 30cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for soling (or sub base) 150mm thick (spread thickness) with broken boulders or quarried stones, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidation to required gradient and camber of formation surface (in cutting or filling) of roads with 8 to 10 tonne power roller including watering as necessary and consolidating to the required level, gradient or camber, keeping roller wheels wet, if required, filling in hollows and depressions which occure during rolling and provision of water, road roller, drivers, crew, fuel, labour, tools etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L WBM 150 mm thick in two layers of 75 mm thick each (compacted thickness) with coarse aggregate with lime stones, sand stones, flint or quartize of grading 2 (63mm to 40mm size) spead, rolled and consolidated with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying prime coat with bituminuous primer at 10 Kg per 10 sqm over WBM surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying prime coat with bituminuous primer at 5 Kg per 10 sqm over old road surface/ existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for premix bitumninous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10 tonne power roller consolidated to average thickness 75mm or less using binder content bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 4% by weight of total mix by brushing with wire brushes for removing craked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc in all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Any variation in binder content on minus side shall be adjusted @ of Rs 50.00 per kg of binder. No adjustment in price shall be made if the variation is on plus side. (ii) The bituminious mix shall be prepaired in hot mix plant and transported to the site in clean vehicle and shall be laid by means of a self propelled mechanical paver finisher with electronic sensor and hydraulic controls all as specified.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm but n. exc. 50mm deep complete all as specified and as directed

Material & labour for bituminiuos premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (paving bitumen grade VG-30) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient complete over a priming / tack coat with paving bituminious primer (paving bitumen grade VG-10) @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm after preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing cacked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for continuous brick edging with width equal to the width of the brick laid dry with burnt clay sub class ‘B' brick laid end vertically to sides of road incuding necessary excavation, embedding bricks in the ground to depth as required and tamping around bricks complete all as specifed and directed

M&L for preparing bituminious surface of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like, n. exc.10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirmimg to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine of adequate No. of coats all as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specifed and as directed

Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F yellow black readymade ABS plastc speed breaker/bump of size 750mm long, 250mm width and 75mm height with two highly reflective reflectors moulded in PMMA materials welded with ABS plate through ultrasonic compound and bolts as per manufactures instruction complete all as directed.

Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5m deep and n. exc.1.5m wide for foundation, laying pipe line, laying of cable etc. and getting out in soft and loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for laying Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, 450 mm dia., laid accurately in slope and jointed properly with cement mortar complete with collars,spaces between the pipes should be filled with stiff mixture of cement mortar 1:2 , including PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for laying Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, 150 mm dia., laid accurately in slope and jointed properly with cement mortar complete with collars,spaces between the pipes should be filled with stiff mixture of cement mortar 1:2 , including PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and as directed.

Sand filling under hardstanding, spread, levelled including watering and consolidated with clean dry sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour polythene film, black 250 micron HDPE sheet (virging quality) waterproof, wrinkle proof without punture, laid flat over a cleaned surface without creases with overlap between adjacent strips and a transverse joints as minimum 300mm, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Any damaged sheeting to be replaced by contractor at his own expensive with no claim whatsoever.

M&L for pavement quality concrete(PQC) of minimum 28 days field Flexural strength of 45Kg/ Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15 2017, coarse aggregate of clean , hard strong, dense non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 360 kg/cum of cement with non-circular virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240°C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer. PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7.50 m width , including curing and tining by Texturing cum Curing Machine complete all as specified and directed. Required surface texturing to be done as specified in Clause - 10.1.14 and Table 19 of IRC:15-2017 complete all as specified and as directed.

Finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements, by brooming complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade ‘A’ ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade ‘A’, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material, Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade I as specified Table 400-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natura sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required. The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying and compacting 150mm thick (compacted thickness) WMM, laid in two layers of 75 mm each Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber, the finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded) as concrete bed (150mm thick) to 600mm dia drain pipes including packing under and completelty surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested, in complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Bricks, sub class B,(using old size bricks) laid flat, in to sides of drain bedded and jointed in cement mortar (1:6) and pointed in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Bricks, sub class B,(using old size bricks) laid on edge of drain bedded and jointed in cement mortar (1:6) and pointed in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stoped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair face of brickwork or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Removing silt, mud, clay and other solid waste materials from suface channels/ drains and disposal of removed materials away from the site as per direction of Engg In Charge, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size bricks) straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre cast RCC slab of type B1 1:2:4 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab of drain supported on walls, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on fair face of brickwork or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 to be finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of Centrifugally cast (spun) Ductile iron pressure pipes with spigot & socket end of 100mm bore, Class K-7, conforming to IS-8329/2000 (latest revision) suitable for (push on) rubber gasket jointing with centrifugally applied inside cement mortar lining with sulphar resistant cement and external metallic zinc coating with a finishing layer of black bitumen coating on external surface suitable for treated water supply and including rubber gasket joint in any lenght laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ductile iron pipes special fittings (Bends any type, radius an angle tapers any type, straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc. Tee pieces single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross) all socket and spigot collars type, cap and plugs up to 150mm bore as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old serviceable DI/CI pipe obtain from Srl Item No. 9.00 here in above with all fittings in old or new position including run lead joint any other tyton/rubber gasket joint/flanged joints as per site requirement without any extra cost complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for galvanised steel (GI) tubing medium grade with screwed socket joints, together with all tube fittings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back- nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions, etc.) and laying in trenches, etc., inclding cutting, screwing and jointing of piping as required. Connectors shall be inserted, where required or directed. The rates also include cutting through walls, floors, etc. and their making good for 80 mm dia.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling and shifting of 8.5m/9m steel tubular pole from bottom by demolition of concrete with all accessories after disconnection of outgoing & incomming cables, light fitting, brackets, etc. and taking away from existing location for re-installation of same in ground, within 50 Mtr from the existing location,complete all as specified & as directed. (NOTE : Reinstallation, Foundation Work & earth work measured and paid separately.)

M&L for dismantling and shifting of 8.0m octagonal pole from bottom by demolition of concrete with all accessories after disconnection of outgoing & incomming cables, light fitting, brackets, etc. and taking away from existing location for re-installation of same in ground, within 50 Mtr from the existing location,complete all as specified & as directed. (NOTE : Reinstallation, Foundation Work & earth work measured and paid separately.)

M&L for sand cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG cables (below, above and around the UG cable laid in trenches) of 230mm spread thickness and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

Materal and labour for cable protection with subclass 'B' bricks old size, laid dry, flat over cable perpendicular across the cable in trenches over sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Relaying of old serviceable subclass 'B' bricks old size for cable protection, obtained from taking down/out of old unserviceable cable from trenches, laid dry, flat over cable perpendicular across the cable in trenches over sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:1.5:3 type A,( using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filing and mass concrete foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Foundation Bolt of M24 x 600mm Long with bend in shape at 90 degree of length 100mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Re-fixing of Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (8.5 or 9.00 meter long), complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, testing and commissioning of LT UG cable, XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured cable of size 25 Sqmm, 4 core 1100 V grade, PVC sheathed ,multi stranded aluminium cable in pipe /trench /cable duct /fixed on wall/truss by proper size shaped GI clamps with nut bolts etc including aluminium lugs at both ends of cable and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, testing and commissioning of LT UG cable, XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured cable of size 10 Sqmm, 4 core 1100 V grade, PVC sheathed ,multi stranded aluminium cable in pipe /trench /cable duct /fixed on wall/truss by proper size shaped GI clamps with nut bolts etc including aluminium lugs and cable glands of cable and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel tubular swaged poles complete wth cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long), painting with two coats of black bituminous paint through out internally and externally upto planting depth and two coats of black and white alternate strips 30 cm each upto 1.2 mtr from the ground level. The remaining external position shall be painted with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, numbering to pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection including 1.5 RM GI pipe of light grade up to 40 mm dia proper shaped, bended, threaded and drilling holes for wire entry and MS clamp of suitable size in proper shape and designed with including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Cable Junction Box 155X210X92mm in size, made out of thermoplastic sheet having IP 66/69 protection for outdoor installation fixed with 4 way bakelite cable terminals including 03 Nos polymide gland with check nut (M- 32 - 2 nos) fixed on poles with flat aluminium strip clamps of size 25x3mm, nuts, bolts, washers etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying PVC insulated, FR PVC sheathed, Copper Conductor (flexible) industrial cable, 1100 Volt, conforming to IS 694 electric control cable with copper conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 2.50 sqmm 3 core, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Street Light Panel (out door type) 3 Phase, 415 Volt 6 KW, Digital type timer, contactor rating 32 Amp TP, including MCB TPN of suitable size. The panel to be fitted on MS angle frame of size 50x50x5mm with a height of 0.5 Mtr including PCC foundation (1:2:4) type B1, painting to all as per direction of Engg In Charge complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised Iron Pipe 50mm Bore (dia) ‘Light Grade’ for protection of UG Cable, laid in floor/ road crossing, fixing to Pole with Mild Steel Clamps, Nuts, Bolts, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting the road/hard standing and making good disturbed surface by using PCC type C2 (1:3 6) by using 20 graded stone aggregate for the fixing the pipe complete all as directed.

Note:- Schedule of cedit (Sch 'A' Part- II) amount of Rs 3,24,394.00 shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
