Cuting in earth work for road formation in all heights and depths in all kind of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary oil ,soft rocks,hard rocks,chiseling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil setting out true to the required lines,graded with cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown in the drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at site according to the M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 1603.1 and sorting out useful material and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of the road and transportation of unuseful material for filling in road,ways,camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all in useful materials to required width of the road or approved dumping sites by Engineer-in-charge through all modes of transportation including head load or animals transport or mechanical means,along with its leveling fine dressing using machineries,materials, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and/or labour if required.Any loss to the public/private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases including carriage of materials with in all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate includes octroi, Malkana, Toll Tax, Building and Other Construction Worker Welfare Cess, royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract, which shall be payable by the Contractor. Goods and Services Tax (GST) shall be excluded from the rate and shall be payable separately as per applicable rules. Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains not exceeding 1.5 m (one point five metre) in width or 10 sqm (ten square metre) on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto any lead .All kinds of soil as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rate includes octroi, Malkana, Toll Tax, Building and Other Construction Worker Welfare Cess, royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract, which shall be payable by the Contractor. Providing and Laying concrete 1:4:8 (one cement : four sand : eight crushed stone aggregate) (40mm forty millimetre) for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, Malkana, Toll Tax, Building and Other Construction Worker Welfare Cess, royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract, which shall be payable by the Contractor. Providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) R.C.C. pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete :600 mm dia. R.C.C. Providing weep holes in brick masonary /stone masonary / plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm (one hundred millimetre). dia PVC pipe white in colour extending through the full with of the structures with slop of 1(V): 20(H) towards drawing face complete as per HPPWD specification clauses 614,709,1204.3.7 .as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.The rate includes octroi, Malkana, Toll Tax, Building and Other Construction Worker Welfare Cess, royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract, which shall be payable by the Contractor.
