DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonary, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and block walling removing debris to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing debris to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description not otherwise specially provided for removing debris to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing plain cement concrete, type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, and sub base floor concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble stone masonry, un-coursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble stone masonry (EXCEPT STONE), un-coursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for block masonry with solid pre-cast cement concrete blocks made out of cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1 : 6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Add to or deduct from item No. 8 here in before for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm inner girth complete all as specified and directed

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel or drain complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of pcc block masonary/concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 to be finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed

M & L for raised pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to random rubble un-coursed stone masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 75mm bore PVC(SWR) pipes in any length for weep holes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing pre-cast cement concrete landing, cover slabs for manholes, chullah hoods, chajjas, shelves and similar items with plain faces in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate and setting in cement mortar 1:6 including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT bars 8 mm dia, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, binding spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to as specified and directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, kota stone/granite slab including screed bed and removing debris to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for chequred cement concrete rubber moulded tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and no pigment over screed bed 20mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.
