Material and labour for granite slab, 20mm thick of any type, machine cut, in single piece or two piece length, table rubbed and polished and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement (1:2) using marble dust and admixture of pigments to match with shade of granite stone as in cooking platforms, steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for granite slab, 20mm thick of any type, machine cut, in single piece or two piece length, table rubbed and polished including 12mm thick packing coat in cement mortar 1:3 and pointed with white cement (1:2) using marble dust and admixture of pigments to match with shade of granite stone as in wall lining (Veneering to wall) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 20-25mm thick mirror polished machine cut Kota stone slab flooring over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Cement screed bed shall be measured and paid separately

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutter from frame) not exceeding 1.5 sqm each including fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting holes in brick work built in cement mortar, exceeding one brick but not exceeding two bricks for inserting hold fast and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix flat iron hold fast and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. Supply and fixing 30 mm thick Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (F.R.P.) flush door shutter in different plain and wood finish made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate all around, with suitable wooden blocks inside at required places for fixing of fittings and polyurethane foam (PUF)/Polystyrene foam to be used as filler material throughout the hollow panel, casted monolithically with testing parameters of F.R.P. laminate conforming to table 3 of IS: 14856 complete all as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer- in-charge.
