Demolition of brick work or Porbandar type stone/ boulders masonry, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

Taking down cement plaster on brick, stone or concrete surface including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water to receive plaster a, etc complete all a specified and as directed.

Stone masonry walling or squared walling in cm 1:6, brought upto courses using dressed Porbandar stone of superior quality complete all as specified and directed.

Stone masonry walling or squared walling in cm 1:6, brought upto courses using Porbandar stone obtained from demolition complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of Porbandar stone masonary surface in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge .

Preparation of old treated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces complete all as specified.

Dismantling of post and struts (wood,steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified.

RCC type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggr.)in precast post fencing post straining or terminal post strut etc. for fencing average sectional area exc.100sqcm but n'exc 250sqcm with or without chemfered angles and flat splayed rounded or meterd tops as directed and fixed complete all as specified.

Dismantling of mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and directed.

Mild steel work in Gates , Grating drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm graded aggrigate) as in foundation filling of post holes complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Chain link MS galvanisd fencing 4mm dia galvanised steel wire 75mmX75mm mesh ,made up into matrtresses or cages incl line wire ,any type of standared ,rails staining bolt etc complete all as specifed and as directed. Note : Considering chain link fencing wt 2.9kg per Sqm as in repair Complete all as spd and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S & F mild steel round bars 10mm dia, cut to length, hooking ends confirming to Fe-410-W(Gde E-250) quality - A or Fe 290 (Gde - E-165) complete all as spd and directed.

Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing ortying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) as in repair Complete all as spd and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking Down and Re- Fixing in Existing Birbed Wire with Restraining, resecuring including making good staples etc complete all as Spd and as Directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F Concertina Coil, punched tape 2.60 mm dia high tensile spring steel wire, dia of coil 610mm, when stretched the length shall be 6.00m in one coil, (weight of coil shall not less than 1.30kg/m) and tied to barbed wire with and including provision of steel clips @ 5 clips spiral in one row complete without coating and taking down old concertina coil .all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down existing steel shutters of size n.exc 3.00 metre each straightening aligning, wealding, replacement of rusted portion, cleats etc, oiling, greasing and refixing to original location / position to make smooth opening and closing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Mild steel work will be measured weighed separateely and will be paid under respective items.

Cleaning of existing PVC Drainage Pipe upto 200mm dia pipe lines with rodding and cleaning with each floor juctions including birds wastes , sludge , Stone deposits etc complete cleaning including removal and refixing the same position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, compound wall etc.laid dry beded in any mortor complete all as specified.

M&L 20mm thick Granite (of any type)tiles machine cut, in skirting / dado / Pillars etc laid over CM 1:4, 15mm tk cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture ofpigment to match the shade ofgranite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as spd

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 50mm to Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection,Floor topping etc , surfaces finished of concrete flooring with brooming complete all as spd u including provision of necessary construction joints filled with bitumen filler complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Sand filling under paver blocks for cushion Complete all as specified and directed.

Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement pigment to match, Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 grade, finished with grey cement and pigment, complete all as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above Except Interlocking tiles including filling with sand cushioning (where ever required) including levelled with Existing tiled surfaces Complete all as spd and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note :- Sand and PCC shall be paid and measured Separtely.

M & L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B-2 (1:2:4) mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia and over, cut to length,bent to shape required,including cranking,bending,hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia. complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced in any position including cut of bars as required, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast RCC cover slab for drain in 1:2:4,Type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for cement concrete (unreinforced) complete including removing debries ouside MD land all as specified and directed.

M&L cement conc 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded agg) in foundatin filling and mass concrete.complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Extra forming fair finished drain channel upto 60 cm inner grith in cement concrete using extra cement including forms complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer in Charge.
