Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ (old size) bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level ) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection and similar works including finishing the surface of concrete topping even & fair, without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete Type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate), as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in roofs,floors (other than ground floors),shelves,beams,staircases,landing,chajjas and removing unserviceable material out side cantt area complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC ( nominal mix ) type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded agg) as in beams, cantilevers, bressumers, lintels over 1.5 m span complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to side and soffits of floor or roof beams, litels flat rough finished complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off premises complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Glazed coloured ceramic tile 300 x 450 x 6-7mm thick (coloured) on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 10 mm thick plaster in cement and sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles of 9 to 10mm thick, (square/rectangular), area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm in floor and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M& L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, including finishing surface of concrete topping even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 0.63 mm thick galvanised zinc coated @ 120 gm / Sqm, corrugated mild steel sheeting in roof with two corrugations side lap fixed coach screws and washers , in roofs walls etc with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specifed and as directed.

S&F for 0.63 mm thick plain galvanised mild steel sheeting using grade ‘O’ sheets with 120 gm Zinc (Spelter) coating Per Sqm both sides inclusive, as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashing fixed with ‘L’ or ‘J’ type hook and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) of size not exc 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm X 47 mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tubes supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter (with wood free EPS), 28 to 30 mm thick (Stiles) with 2, 4, 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick moulded PVC sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face & fixing in frame at site as per drawing shown on SSR complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handle, and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for steel ventilators with top hung shutter incll box type hinges with steel handle, and Z section handle and steel peg stay complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded including a shop coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and avarage width of aperature 1.18 mm dia complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hackisng for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Rendering 10 mm thick CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick in two coats i.e. 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick in CM 1:4 using water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer's instructions on other than fair faces brick or concrete surfaces and finishing surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Water proofing liquid compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surface plastered or unplastered and applying three coat of white wash on wall surfacel as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipe (SGSW )) of 150 mm nominal bore laid in trenches, set & jointed in cement morter, incl necessary earth work, complete all as specified and directed.
