Maintenance of parks and garden at Bidhannagar campus of VECC including Anushakti Abasan at 1AF, Bidhannagar, Kolkata 64

Providing miscellaneous support services at Parks & Garden, Anushakti Abasan, VECC as per following details: (A) Transplantation of seedlings/cuttings of annuals like Marry Gold, Dahlia, Chrysanthemum etc. to earthen pots & placing of various places including watering & maintenance as per specification & as required, preparation of annual flower beds at various places including nursery as per specification and as required, garden development at Anushakti Abasan preparing of lawn in specific places at Anushakti Abasan including cutting of weeds, grasses & shrubs etc. cleaning and dumping at suitable places in the campus as directed and instructed by Engr. in charge of Parks & Garden Section of VECC. (B) Cleaning & cutting of wild vegetation/weeds, grass, stacking them at the garbage vat, gardening works including plantation, watering of flowering beds and any other work related to gardening at Anushakti Abasan ,VECC, Kolkata as and when directed and instructed by Engr. in charge of Parks & Garden, Section of VECC.

Providing miscellaneous support services at Parks & Garden inside VECC office complex as per following details: (A) Cutting of weeds & shrubs etc. cleaning and dumping at suitable places in the campus. Transplantation of seedlings / cuttings of annuals like Marry Gold, Dahlia, Chrysanthemum etc. to earthen pots & maintenance as per specification & as required, preparing and maintaining annual flower beds at various places including nursery as per specification and as required, garden development on the back on PSI Annexure, northern side of Infrastructure building, maintaining lawn in front main building along the fencing, maintenance of Rose garden in the hostel areas, in front of RIB Lab, back side of main building, development and maintenance of seasonal flowers etc. as directed and instructed by EIC of Parks & Garden, VECC. (B) Cleaning & cutting of wild vegetation/weeds, grass, stacking them at the garbage vat, gardening works involving plantation, watering of flowering beds and any other work related to gardening at VECC Office Complex , Kolkata as and when directed and instructed by Engr. in charge of Parks & Garden, Section of VECC.

General Note : 01 (One) skilled person as head mali for 26 working days in a month & 04 (four) unskilled Malis for 26 days in a month shall be provided for Sl No. 1 and 01 (One) skilled person as head mali for 26 working days in a month & 12 (twelve) unskilled Malis for 26 days in a month shall be provided for Sl No. 2.
