Supply & Installation of 10Sqmm 4 core copper cable for Negative Pressure Module. And AHU

Wiring for Light Point/ Fan point/ Exhaust fan point with 1.5sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor wire in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, Modular Plate, Suitable GI box and earting the point with 1.5sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor wire as required.

Negative Air Pressure Unit: Floor mounted Air-cooled, double skin Negative Air Pressure Module unit with following capacities. Double insulated panels 25mm polyurethane (PUF) insulation, 50mm aluminum flanged washable Pre filter 10 micron, 5Micron Fine Filter, HEPA FILTER 0.3 micron, 1440 RPM, 50Hz, 3phase AC supply, complete with approx Static Pressure - 100 - 120mmwc, CFM as per room size, exhaust air hood for connecting exhaust duct. FAN SECTION – KRUGER/ NIKOTRA or Equivalent, MOTOR – ABB /CG/ Rotomotive make, Filters Make- Thermadyne. Automatic control system for negative pressure to cutoff at set point and restart. Pressure Digital display unit for continous monitoring of room air pressure The system should include the cost of Aluminium ducting for exhaust air to be discharged 2-3 meters above the occupation level, cost of steel frame for fixing, holding and supporting the duct etc. The duct should have an inverted “U” end and grill at the top end.

Supply & InstallationAir conditioning system-AHU 11Tr (5.5Tr x2) outdoor unit, complete with ducting.

Brick work with common burnt clay FPS (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes & sizes in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

BHP(1.2Mtr) - Providing and Fixing by necessary means of Installation of 1200mm long Horizontal BHP having -high strength aluminum section, thickness of aluminum section min. 2 mm. Aluminum Powder coated with Gas Outlets-3 No's & Electrical 5/6 Amp. & 15/16 Amps switch sockets. - 6 Nos, IV holder, Monitor stand with necessary internal wiring using 2.5 Sq.mm FRLS Cu wire.

Note :1 All materials, Items, Equipment shall be best branded items with IS and approved by client/KEL

2:Rate should be inclusive of installation, testing and commissioning cost for all items

3.Rate should be Exclusive of GST.

4.Work should be executed as per DSR/PWD/Irrigation Dept. specification and direction of Engineer at site.

5.PLUMBING & SANITARY FITTINGS: Note: Make of Water supply and sanitary items: Best branded ISI make Jaquar, Cera, Hindware, Parryware or eq. in the order of pref. Water pipe: Supreme, Finolex or eq. with IS and all fittings with IS.

6.ELECTRICAL: Note: Rate should be inclusive of preparation of schematic diagram and getting approval from KSEB/Electrical Inspectorate. Statutory fees paid to KSEB/EI shall be paid by us separately.
