Material & labour for glazed ceramic tiles light coloured of size 300x600mm and thickness 7 to 8 mm, on vertical surfaces such, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles including and over rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.5 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.
