Providing and laying wet mix macadam on prepared sub grade/sub base with crushed quarry stone agg. Of special grading as per IRC/Most specified including mining crushed material with pre-determined quantity of water in accordance with specified to form dense mass which is pread and rolled with vibrating roller 8-10 tonne capacity speed of which should not exceed 5Km/hr for each layer rolling should continue till98% density is achieved to approved grade and X-section, the mining is to e prepared in approved mech mining plant of suitable capacity including laying of cost emulsion with pressure sprayer at rate of 0.75Kg/sm complete job including all leads, lifts, charges, taxes etc.

Providing and laying of tack coat using hot strate run betamun of grade [email protected]/sqm including heating the betamun , spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specification incl. cost and carriage of material upto site of work.

Providing and laying 50m thick bituminous macadam base coarse with stone agg. Of quality, size and grading as specified in CPWD specification and bitumen of grade V-.G.10@3% by weight of total mix including hot mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen in hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material from plant upto site of work and laying the mixed material with paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling with road roller of 8-10 tonne capacity to achieve the required compaction and density, including cost and carriage of materials hire charges of machinery, all taxes etc. complete.

Providing and laying 25mm thick(compacted) semidense bituminous conrerete surface using crushed stone agg. Of specified grading as per specification and bituman of grade V.G.-10 @5% by weight of total mix including hot mixing of stone aggregate and the bituman in hot mix plant , transporting the mixed material from plant to site by mechanical transport upto the site of work and laying the mixed material with paver finisher to the required grade and level and rolling with road roller as per MORTH specification to achieve the desired compaction/density incuding cost and carriage of material, hire charges of machinery and all taxes etc complete.

Providing and laying of 6mm thick seal coat of premixed fine agg. (passing 2.36mm and retained at 180 mircron sieve) with bituman using 128 kgs of bituman of grade V.G.-10 bituman/cum o f fine aggregate and 0.60cum of fine aggregate/100 square meter of road surface(ie 0.768kg of bituman of per sqm of road surface) including hot mixing of stone aggregate and the bituman in hot mix plant , transporting the mixed material from plant to site by mechanical transport upto the site of work and laying the mixed material with paver finisher to the required grade and level and rolling with road roller as per MORTH specification to achieve the desired compaction/density incuding cost and carriage of material, hire charges of machinery and all taxes etc complete.
