Cleaning of under ground / semi under ground water storage sump covered of capacity 75000 gallons having clean process which is following :- (a) Mechanised removal of all remaining dirty water by high capacity submersible pump set (b) Removal of sludge by vacuum operated German pump (c) Cleaning of walls, ceiling and bottom of tank by German made high pressure rotary jet 120 bars pressure (d) Removal of all dirty particle by industrial wet vacuum cleaner leaving the tank 99.9% physically cleaned (e) Sterlization of tank by Eco-Friendly biodegradable and highly effective against all pathogens (f) Sterlization of tank atmosphere by industrial UV radiator leaving the tank complete sterlite by Spealized Method including cleaning thesurrounding area upto 2 mtrs complete all as specified and directed. (Location - Upper Pump House & Narendra Nagar) Firms like : M/s Tank Clean Pvt Ltd / M/s Sanjay Water Solution, Kanpur / M/s Fantus Water Ltd, New Delhi.

All as per above item No 1 here-in-before but uncovered water storage sump of capacity 75000 gallons at Lower Pump House.

Material and labour for disconnecting & stopping of incoming/ washout and outgoing pipes by making suitable arrangements to avoid chocking of pipe line, removing total water from the tank manually or motor & depositing the same in low laying areas all as directed cleaning the overhead tank from in side by using high pressure cleaning method with rotary jet with approved detergent rubbing/ scrapping wall / floor /ceiling with wet vaccume cleaner sucking out all dirty water and disinfecting the tank chemical treatment (chemical approved by FOA/WHO) to make sump totally cleaned and bacteria free including painting complete, pit cover marking date of cleaning and next due and pipes (raising delivery wash out and over flow with sluice valves) including painting of pipe with two coats of synthetic enamel paint as per MES colour approved by EIC at site for RCC overhead tank 18 mtr stanging 100000 gallons Tank No 1, 4 & 5 at Raiwala including painting complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above item No 3 here-in-before but over head water tank of upto 18 mtr staging (Height of OH Tank) of capacity 40000 gallons of Tank No 2 & 3 at Raiwala complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above item No 1 here-in-before but incoming water channel tank of size 8.5x3.5x4 mtrs under ground of capacity 2500 gallons each part of Tank at Lower pump house at Raiwala.

All as per above item No 1 here-in-before but incoming water channel tank of size 4x3.5x4 mtrs under ground of capacity 1000 gallons each part of Tank at Lower pump house at Raiwala.

All as per above item No 1 here-in-before but uncovered water storage sump of capacity 20000 gallons at Narender Nagar. Note : for Item No 01 to 07 :

(a) All the sluge materials / fungs removed from the underground sump / semi underground sump and over head tanks will be removed from the site to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and all underground sump / underground sump and overhead tanks will cleaned in all respect upto 3 mtr around the water tanks. The cost of the same shall be deemed included in the respective items. All T&P required for the cleaning of tanks / sumps will be arranged by the contractor.

(b) Tank should be cleaned in the same day, i.e during working hours, otherwise panelty will be charged Rs 500/- per hour.

(c) Necessary Insurance should be done for the Mechanic / Labour who clean the tank for both under ground sump and Over Head Tank.

Supply only 65% -70% strength (Calcium based granular disinfectant) Packing in 45 KG Plastic Drum. Make should be as Approved by the E-in-C's Branch complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of alum ferric bag, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply of alum CRYSTAL complete all as specified and directed.

Supply of bleaching powder grade-I in bag for water treatment ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chlorine test kit pocket type Pouch pack with coloured Ample OT solution, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable 2.5 Sqmm twin core PVC insulated copper conductor in service connection fixed on wall / pillers for OH tank aviation light fitting up to 18 mtr staging with necessary clamping one twin core cable flat complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only Gas mask with JUMBO Conister for chlorination plant complete all as specified and directed. MAKE : RAMCO or Equivalent.

OT (ORTHO TOLIDING) solution for chlorine test (500 ml), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply of copper shulphate grade-I quality ISI marked in bags complete all as specified and directed.

PVC flexible base pipe 40mm dia pipe suitable for suction sweeper complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing Aviation Obstruction light incl all accessories, complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE : BAJAJ CAT Part No - BJAOL 2 ES GLS 2X100 Watt ES or Equivalent.

Supply & fixing of lightening arrestor expulsion type complete with all fittings 30 Kilo Amp discharge capacity distribution class, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for ladder nut bolt where reqd as per sample incl welding work to MS 12mm Bar support to ladder upto 20m height of OH Tank and tightening the existing loose nut bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-Charge.

S&F CI foot valve flanged type of size 150mm dia complete with strainer rubber packing flange, MS Nut & bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make- Kartar

Supply installed and replacements of water level indicator with providing electronic type water level indicator electrically operated including indicator box , regulating , controls and connecting cables etc with provision of sensors inside the OH tank of capacity one lakh gallon at Upper Pump House/ Tank No 4 for both inner and outer tank including drilling Holes, hold-fast and clamps etc complete all as specified and directed. Make United Electronic or equivalent

M&L for PVC unarmoured copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm 6 core for providing electric supply to water level indicator in PVC conduits of suitable size fixed to wall / ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair sluice valve of size 150 mm long type with cast iron body bonnet wedge stuffing box gland thrust plate hand wheel of grey cast iron spindle of stainless steel nut body seal ring and wedge facing ring lead tin, bronze bolt nut of high carbon steel bounate gasket of compressed fibre glands packing of jutehaving flanged & drill type nominal pressure rating, PN 1 i.e 10 kgs/Sqcm unit conforming to IS -14846-2000 including material & labour for jointing flanged joint with rubber fibre jointing ring bolt nut & washer etc including necessary earth work. complete all as specified and directedMake : Kirloskar/Leader/L&T (Audco)/Zoloto

S& F in replacement double door sheet metail enclosure for DB , 4 way , SPN, with 200 Amps bus bar , 240 Volts suitable for housing MCBs and isolator and making good for disturbed surface with existing etc complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only muriatic acid suitable for cleaning swimming pool floor complete all as specified and directed.

Provisioning of Water testing of Upper pump house, Lower pump house (Borewell water and Lower pump house (River water) at Raiwala Mil Stn from authorised Laboratery or Maintenance Division Uttrakhand Jal Sansthan Haridwar or as directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Note : Water sample are to be taken from above mention existing water source.
