Providing and fixing panelled / or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked bright finished / black enamelled M.S butt hinges with necessary screwsexcluding panelling and or glazing, which will be paid for separately but including the wooden beading of 20× 12 mm for fixing panelling and or glazing as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. i) Local Teak wood . a) 30 mm thick shutters

First class brick work in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete:- In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).
