M & L for Maintenance of Automatic transfer switch of rating up to 630 Amp of Make Havell's/ Legrand/L&T at Valsura complete by taking the shut down with prior intimation and disconnecting incoming and out going connections refix the same after complete maintenance replacement of fuses, tripping mechanism ,tripping coils, pole assembly, control unit. auxillary switch . incoming and out going connections, replacement and M&L of overheated / faulty portion of control circuit wiring as per above mentioned make as and when as directed by Engineer-in charge Note: (i) Spares required for repairing / servicing of ATS will be measured and paid separately under relvant item of this BoQ. (ii) Fixing rate of the spares including testing is deemed to be inclusive in quoted rate of this item.

(g) pole assembly for 630 Amp ATS Make: Havells/L&T

M & L for servicing and repair to HT oil switch by replacement of HT HRC type fuse of 30 Amp complete by taking the shut down with prior intimation and opening the Oil chamber of HT switch gear and cleaning the contacts put the fuse in position and testing complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.Make: L & T/ Bussmann/CG Lucy

M & L for servicing of LT ACB of rating up to 630 Amp 415 Volt 50 HZ of any make at Valsura complete by taking the shut down with prior intimation and cleaning the ACB by using air blower tightening of connection of control circuit and complete checking of all fuses, and control circuit for smooth functioning by employing one skilled tradesman as and when required including consisting of followings :--. a) Checking the control circuit wiring and rectifying the same with new rewiring with proper size and color code if found required at site. b) Checking and for replacing the components such as Shunt release , UV release , ammeter, voltmeter etc c) Resetting and testing.of relay setting for proper functioning

Supply and fix in replacement copper bus bar of rating as per required at site, with supporting insulator duly fitted in PVC insulated sleeve in existing panel with requisite in shape and size required at site for fixing the bus bar at existing panel complete all as specified and directed by EIC

Supply and fix in repair 1100 Volt flexible single core cables with tinned copper stranded conductor PVC insulated and sheathed including copper lugs at both sides of the ends and all accessories required as per the site requirement for following cross -sectional areas including testing on competion complete all as directd as under:- (a) 240 Sqmm

(b) 185 Sqmm

(c) 16 Sq mm

(d) 10 Sq mm

(e)2.5 Sq mm

Material and labour for CT's of required ratio from 200/5 to 800/5 in replacement in existing feeder pillar box and connect terminals to APFC panel and testion on completion complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Capacitor duty contactors , 3 pole , 230/415 V , 50 Hz of type MO C with auxiliary contacts for following KVA rating of Makes: C&S/ L&T as under :- (a) up to 5 KVAR MOC 5

(b) up to 12.5 KVAR MOC12.5

(c) up to 15 KVAR MOC15

(d) up to 25 KVAR MOC25

Supply and Fix in replacement R/Y/B phase Indicator lamps LED type - [Make : Neptune / L&T / Vaisnavo]

S&F in replacement power contactor ML 3 including necessary connections for incoming and outgoing connections. Make: L&T / C&S

Disconnecting / Taking out the existing Servo stabilizers transformer from site for repairing and transporting to workshop for servicing and repairing including loading unloading and handling to carry out the following repairs and refixing the same after repairing , installation , testing and commissioning at its original/new location as ordered , decanting the transformer oil and checking of all parts for repair/ replacement of parts of cap from 100 to 300 KVA capacity of servo controlled stabilizers 440 V , 3 Phase, AC 50 Hz.including painting of Stabilizer body complete with two coat of Simense gray paint with spray pain Complete all as directed by Engineer - in -charge. NOTE : (i) Spares required for replacement is measured and paid separately under respective items of sch A (ii) Fixing rate of the spares including testing is deemed to be inclusive in quoted rate of this item.(iii) Quoted rate is also deemd to be inclusive of painting stabliser body.

Disconnecting / Taking out the existing Servo stabilizers transformer from site electrically and transporting to workshop for servicing and repairing including loading unloading and handling to carry out the following repairs and refixing the same after repairing , installation , testing and commissioning at its original/new location as ordered ,decanting the transformer oil and checking of all parts for repair/ replacement of parts of cap from 15 to 30 KVA capacity of servo controlled stabilizers 440 V , 3 Phase, AC 50 Hz. including painting of Stabilizer body complete with two coat of Simense gray paint with spray pain Complete all as directed by Engineer - in -charge. NOTE : (i) Spares required for replacement is measured and paid separately under respective items of sch A (ii) Fixing rate of the spares including testing is deemed to be inclusive in quoted rate of this item.(iii) Quoted rate is also deemd to be inclusive of painting stabliser body.

Supply only spares for BOQ item No 30 & 31 as under ; - (a) Control push buttons/switches/ fuse carriers / knobs etc

(b) Rewinding of coils all as per its original specifications by copper conductor and with necessary insulation materials.

(c ) LT bushing with brass terminal, neoprene rubber gasket and washers etc complete.

(d) Supply only Transformer oil up to standard level marking with new oil as per IS 335 having dielectric strength not less than 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap.

(e) Servo control motor as per existing model for controlling the voltage

(f) Cork/Neoprene rubber Gasket set complete

(g) PCB for Servo controlled voltage stabilizers as per existing model and make or equivalent model and make as approved

(h) Filtration of transformer oil of the transformer at site by providing filtration machine at site

M& L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead 32x6 mm GI strip means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected or indicated including testing on completion. Incl necessary excavation, earth work, pcc pit,RCC cover ,funnel with watering pipe 20mm bore medium grade,GI protection pipe 40 mm bore light grade complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Note for item No 44 to 50 : Quoted Rate is deemed to be inclusive for taking down the existing MCCB from panel board and incoming / outgoing cable and fix the new MCCB / incoming / outgoing cable connections of any size/ rating in position at panel board .
