Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete (fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators socket, lamp holders brackets, bulk head fitting etc removing material, for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor (Multi-stranded) PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS electric cable 1100 volts cable and including PVC casing and caping of suitable size (as per conductor run) with all fittings/accessories and including PVC insulated electric cable 1100 volts 1.5 Sqmm ( multi-stranded) copper conductor single core( Green colour) cable as continuous earth wire connected to common earth dolly including CI/wooden/PVC box covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet for one light point/ fan/exhaust fan point/bell point etc controlled by one, one way switch,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Havells/Plaza/Polycab Note : (i) New Sunken boxes wherever required shall be measured & paid separately. (ii) Eye/bottle thimbles shall be used for connection in switches/sockets & MCB's in DB's without any extra cost. (iii) Electric rewiring should be followed by proper colour coding i.e. Red for phase, Black for neutral and Green for Earth.

All as per item No 2 here-in-above, but for one 3/5 pin socket outlet 5 Amp on the same board with other switches complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix (in replacement ) of existing unserviceable Sheet metal enclosure with new DB’s suitable for MCBs of single pole and neutral 12 way double door type with 200 amp rated bus bar complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Connnections of the MCB'S shall be done with appropriate size of brass/Cooper thimble. (ii) The disturbed surface shall be match with existing surface. Make: Havells/Legrand/ABB.

Supply & fix (in replacement ) of existing unserviceable Sheet metal enclosure with new DB’s suitable for MCBs of single pole and neutral 18 way double door type with 200 amp rated bus bar complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Havells/Legrand/SCHNIDER Note: (i) Connnections of the MCB'S shall be done with appropriate size of brass/Cooper thimble. (ii) The disturbed surface shall be match with existing surface.
