M&L for repairs to removing of plaster, chhajjas, facia, parapet wall and similar works 20 to 30cm wide of existing surfaces of single storey/ multi storey to protect the plaster layer surfaces from cracking layer applying cement slury with @ 3% ceiling compound and fixing of galvanised chicken mesh 0.80mm thick screwed with nails/screws over filling with cement mortar (1:3) including using of apoxy resin (conbextra EP-10(MS) of fosrock or equivalent of pilitile including two coats of exterior emulson paint (Apex) matching of existing surfaces over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description, laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.
