Preparation of stalls (6' 6'' x 6' 6") made of cyma cloth for job fair corporation as per direction of authority WBMDFC and Engineer-in-Charge.
Hire and Labour charges for waterproof tarpoline shed with strong bamboo structure and water proof tarpoline over it and cloth underneath as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Hire & Labour charges of low height platform of wooden ply board of 19 mm thick all completed as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Hiring and Laying of synthetic carpets at different places as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Hiring, fitting and fixing of chemical toilet with an attendent as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Hiring of Banquit chair as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Installation of CCTV arrangement (16 nos.) at different places as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. For 5 (five) days.
Spraying fire returdent chemicals on the cloth at all the stalls and pandals and obtaning certificate as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Hiring and placement of decorative Umbrella with PVC round table covered by white cloth complet in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Hiring and Labour charges for small sound system with at least 3 nos. cordles mycrophone for a centralised zone and complete the job in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Hire and Labour charges for placement of 5' x 3' table with table cover and frill as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Errection of temporary ornamental decorative bamboo barricadding as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
