Maint and servicing of DG set 320-400 KVA conopy type with AMF Panel (if installed ), through authorise service agency of OEM , including replacment of defective/wornout parts with new spares such as filters, gaskets, V belts, Engine Oil, coolant for radiator rubber hoses with clamps, nuts bolts and cleaning of alternator with vaccum cleaner , including greasing of bearings of engine and alternator, tappet setting, checking of batteries, adding distilled water and cleaning of POL tank and radiator etc all as specified and directed. Make - Kirloskar/cummins/greaves/Ashok Leyland / As per OEM Note:- 1. spares required for above maint will be measured and paid separately under relevent items of Schedule. 2. All breakdown calls should be attended.

Taking down the unserviceable radiator for 25-160 KVA from engine, transportation to the workshop dismantling the radiator, repair the tank /storage portion incl necessary welding & making leak proof of the tank, cleaning the complete radiator with chemical agent and pumping set incl replacement of defective copper core and assembling the radiator including replacement of all old rusted MS nuts, bolts washers & gasket sets including refixing in to the existing position & on the engine and testing complete.

Taking down the unserviceable radiator for 200-400 KVA from engine, transportation to the workshop dismantling the radiator, repair the tank /storage portion incl necessary welding & making leak proof of the tank, cleaning the complete radiator with chemical agent and pumping set incl replacement of defective copper core and assembling the radiator including replacement of all old rusted MS nuts, bolts washers & gasket sets including refixing in to the existing position & on the engine and testing complete.

(ii) Emmission limits as per CPCB-II norms : PM 2.5≤0.2 g/kW-hr, Smoke limit (Light Absorption Co-efficient ≤0.7m-1. (iii) Particulate Matter capturing efficiency : Greater than 70%. Supply and fix MS Pipe heavy duty ERW Steel including specials, nominal dia 100 mm for DG set Exhaust fabricated from DG set exhaust to RECD inlet including flange , nut bolts and all other accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge Note:- The rate are inclusive of fabrication work for installation the device in the exhaut pipe of the DG Set including painting. Note 1:-The contract sum shall be arrived at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount. Note 2-Contractor's supervisor and main worker would wear shirt/T-shirt of colour sky blue/brown/yellow preferable embossed with contractor's firm name while carrying out any activities in defence area for better check of security purpose.
