Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Auto Door Car Operator for 1400 mm Centre Opening Door consisting of Car Door Motor 230 Volts, 50 Hz, with Built-in Rotary Encoder and suitable VVVF Drive, Full Length Infra Red Sensor 64 Beams along Car Door, Transmitter, Receiver and Control Unit working on 230 Volts, AC including provision of hairline design mirror finished Stainless Steel Door Panels made out of 1.5mm thick AISI 304 Grade Stainless Steel Sheet with 8 mm Toughened Glass Vision Panel of size 200 X 800 mm alongwith bottom Aluminium Sill complete including taking down existing Auto Door Car Operator and Car door panels and Sill complete all as specified and as directed. Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Auto Door Landing Mechanism for 1400 mm Centre Opening Landing Door including provision of Bottom Aluminium Sill and MS Powder Coated Frame to match with new mechansism including necessary modification to the existing SS doors to provide vision panel of size 200 x 800 mm including provision of 8mm toughened glass in the vision panel and taking down existing Auto Door Landing Mechanism complete all as specified and as directed. Supply & fix 100 mm chanel through out entire length of landing door to give more strenth to the landing door mechanism to take a load of 2 TON landing trolley including removing the existing support and fixing new support and required civil work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning VVVF Drive 11 KW to 15 KW for Lift Motor of 9 KW to 11 KW including feeding all parameters and interfacing with Controller Micro Processor and Drive including setting of basic parameters to obtain the desired and designed value of various motions of the lift complete all as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and as directed. Notes for Serial Item No. 1 to 5 of BoQ: [a] The Contractor shall submit necessary load/safety test certificate issued by the licensed lift inspector of Andhra Pradesh to the Engineer-in-Charge after carrying out special repairs to each lift [b] The work shall be carried out in the Lifts installed at MO (V) area . The Lifts installed are Goods Lifts of 2000 Kgs Capacity and serving upto G+2 Floors. [c] Make of the Lifts : IES [d] The contractor shall carryout the Replacement of the lift components/ accessories/ controllers catered under subject work through the Original Equipment Manufacturer of the lifts or from their accredited / authorised agencies only. The contractor shall submit MoU from the Original Equipment Manufacturer of the Lifts or from their accredited / authorised agencies to provide technical support, trained persons for carrying out repairs/ replacement & testing of lift components/ accessories/ controllers before commencement of the work to GE. The spares shall be of the make as per existing or as per OEM.
