LIfting the barrage shutter manually for dismantling and refitting the Bogie wheels from the shutter

Dismounting Boggy wheels.

od31874/2020_2021/MH : Dismounting the existing boggie wheel units from the shutter, lifting it and conveying and stacking at convenient place as per the direction of departmental officers at site.

Overhauling of bogie wheel including new thrust roller bearing, new roller shaft etc. and fixing in correct position, aligning etc.

od3897/2021_2022/MH : Dismantling ,Overhauling & assembling of existing cast steel thrust roller unit (Boggy wheel: OD 380mm , ID 160mm and 140mm tread width) with replacing of Bearing retainer, grease nipple, spacers, oil seals etc. as per sample including cost of all materials, machineries, labour , all lift and lead, incidental and conveyance charges etc complete (one set Boggy wheel consists of two Thrust roller wheels)

85.114 : Painting all the exposed surfaces of the gate and embedded parts with two coats of epoxy coal tar black paint confirming to IS14948 with a minimum film thickness of 150+/-5 microns per each coat over two coats of priming coat applied with zinc primer containing not less than 85% of zinc on dry film with a film thickness of 70+/-5 microns , so that the total film thickness of all coats including priming coat at any rate is not less than 350 microns after cleaning the surface using hand and power tool cleaning including cost of all materials, labour charges , cost of testing all painting materials, all incidental charges, hire of T&P etc. complete as per the direction of department officers at site

Supply of Plummer Block with Bearing, Flanged coupling for line shaft, Electromagnetic thrust break and Overhauling of Hoisting Mechanism for 1st and 3rd gate.

od31877/2020_2021/MH : Overhauling the hoisting mechanism of Barrage shutter, greasing all the gears, Chain hoist & plummer blocks bearings, changing the gear oil and setting in to correct alignment after cleaning the all parts, including cost of reduction gear box oil, Grease, and all other materials and labour charges etc.
