(a) A vapor barrier of 6 ml. (600 micron) thick will be placed on the leveled IPS sub-floor before laying the under frame.

(b) The runners having air cell cushioning pads 10 to 19 mm thick will be placed on the vapor barrier in perfect level at 300 mm c/c in one direction. The surface boards will be screwed to the runners through the tongue only and will lock the screwed tongue by the groove of the adjioning boards. The ends of the boards will be locked by inserting the wooden fingers through the edge grooves and fixed with suitable adhesive.

(c) All Engineered floor boards and S.P.F. runners are to be Pre-dipped with Anti-termite and under side of floor boards coated with polyurethane.

(d) An expansion gap of 8 to 10 mm will be left open the wooden flooring and surrounding tiled area / wall.

( e) No joint of length of adjoining are to be next to each other.

(f) After Installation the floor will be machine sanded in uniform level and finished with imported non-skid and sweet proof DIN certified Bona-Tech Polyurethane lacquer. Game line marking will be carried out in required colors before applying the finish area.

(g) All playing area court marking are to be done as per specification of WSF.

(h) Certificate to be provided by the OTTO GRAF INSTITUTE, GERMANY or any other approved authority that the lacquer meets the friction properly as per DIN STANDARD.

M&L for Removing the existing plaster, supply and application of Cement based Hard Plaster system conforming the requirement of WSF (World Squash Federation) consisting of a Base Coat and a Finish Coat of a total thickness of app. 15 mm and coated with imported washable paint system. The hard plaster shall be provided all as specified herein below :-Make: Royal Sports Florring or equivalent approved by GE
