REPAIRS TO CHAJJAS REPAIR, ROOF TREATMENT, PLINTH PROTECTION AT VARIOUS BLDG AT INFANTRY LINE JAMNAGAR

Complete removal of existing roof treatment, removing rubbish off the premises, cleanning the surface and preparing to receive new roof treatment and applying roof treatment as under:- (a) Applying coat of bituminios primer @ 0.40 litre/ Sqm on prepared surfaces and allow to dry(the primer and the membrane to be used shal be of same manufacturer, (b) Supply and laying of minimum 3 mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane weighting not less than 3 KG/ Sqm black finish reinforcement with non woven polyster matt with help of torching with proplane or abutance gas using torch with minimum 75 mm side overlap and 100 mm end overlap. (c) two coat of approved aluminium paint over membrane complete. (d) all overlaps and joints shall be sealed as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc incl brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq metre complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick in CM(1:3) with using water proofing compound on fair faces of brick work/ Fasia and roof surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge..

M&L 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5mm size stone aggregate) as levelling course complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L 75 mm thick Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade A complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of all loose/unsound/bad/damaged concrete or plaster existing RCC structure of slab/beams/walls/chajja by using chesel/hammar .Cut and remove unsound reinforcement bars, wires etc without damaging the sound reinforcement . clean loose rust from bars manually with brush . fixing new supplymentary bars if required,either by tying it with existing bars or by welding on it. Applying eppoxy bonding agent and making good with polymer modified plaster/micro concrete as required thickness over a coat of rust removing alkaline primer and match the finishing to the existing surface in ground floor including formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge..

S&F in repairs PVC(SWR) pipe 75 mm dia, conforming to IS-13592-1992 type 'B', single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
