REPAIR/ MAINT OF INTERNAL ROADS UNDER AGE B/R-III OF GE ROORKEE

Amount

M & L for 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM in two layers of 75mm thick each layer with coares agg. Granite, trap or basalt of grading 2 (63 mm to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 (50 mm to 20 mm size), spreed, rolled with 8 to 10 Ton power roller and consolidated to gradient & camber rquired, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing unsurfaced WBM surfaces by brushing with hand wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer of paving bitumen (VG-10) 10 Kg/ 10 Sqm of road surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & Lfor premix bituminous macadam laid/ rolled and compacted to requied gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 50mm) with 8 to 12 tonne power roller with binder content paving bitumen (VG-10) 4% by weight of total mix, laid with paver machine and mixing in hot mix plant all as specified and directed.

M & L for scarifying or packing gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n.exc 400Sqm and depth exc 50mm and but n. exc 100mm deep all as directed.

M & L repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in road, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinder with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and well remmed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipings) depth of potholes exc 30mm complete all as specfied and directed.

M & L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with hard wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer of paving bitumen (VG-10) @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm of road surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing bituminous premixed semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen of grading VG-10, laid with mechanical paver rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller compacted required comber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per mnufactures instructions complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated and thermo plalstic elastomer 3 bands of green , red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel nut for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150X150X300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for thermoplastic reflective paint as in road marking 2mm thick single coat as in centre liner or edge line road marking of 100/150mm width using HOT MARK thermoplastic paint (HOT APPLICATION) white by indigenious modern properlled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as binder glass beads Titanium-diaoxide clalcium carbonate linter fillers thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be as per the table No 800-4 specification including spraying of glass beads instruction complete all as specified and directed. (Make of Paint STP or equivalent as approved by GE).
