Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for as per direction of E-I-C.

M & L for providing P.C.C type-1, graded M15, mixed (1:2:4 ) using 20 mm graded coarse aggregate as per direction of E - I - C.

Taking down chowkhats or frames (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exc. 1.5 sqm each and removing to store as per direction of E-I-C

Taking down chowkhats or frames (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc. 1.5 sqm but not exc. 4 sqm each and removing to store as per direction of E - I - C.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as per direction of E - I - C.

Providing of SAL wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length, as per direction of E - I - C.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, including ISI marked brass pressed butt or other hinges bright finished of required size with necessary brass screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, for 2nd class teak wood 35 mm thick shutter as per direction of E - I - C.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for windows and clerestory windows, including ISI marked brass pressed butt or other hinges bright finished of required size with necessary brass screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, for 2nd class teak wood 30 mm thick shutter as per direction of E - I - C.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick fire retardant ply wood conforming to IS:5509 panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). S & F for rough cast wired glass, 6.4mm thick and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sqm each as per direction of E - I - C.

S & F of Aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed (Length of bolt: 300 mm) as per direction of E - I - C.

S & F of Aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed. (Length of bolt:100 mm) as per direction of E - I - C.

S & F of Extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised.(Size of handle 150 mm for door) as per direction of E - I - C.

Preparation of old plastered surfaces by brushing with steel wire brush, scraping down all loose dirt,dust,explosive particles,chemicals,paints etc and applying two coats of magazine paint cofirming to IND/ME/905 on wall/ceiling/wood/iron surfaces as per the direction of Engineering-in-charge.
