Medical Vaccum Plant Package Supply installation, testing and commissioning Medical vacuum plant system shall ensure the minimum pipeline. Vacuum level of 450 mm Hg is maintained at the plant service connection point at the rated volumetric "free Air" flow rate with one pump stand by. The bacteria filtration system shall be duplexed such that each filter can be isolated for replacement of the filter cartrige. Duplex vaccum pumps consisting 02 Nos air cooled ,oil lubricated rotary vane/reciprocating vacuum pumps piston displacement not less than 34.60 CFM, operation at nominal inlet vacuum level between 578 mmHg and 728 mmHg, Pump coupled with TEFV electric motor 2 HP for each.Pump inlet shall include a wire mesh filter and integral non return valve to prevent oil suck back and pressure increases in the vacuum system. Each vacuum pump shall have an integral separator filter to ensure a virtually oil-free exhaust with Vacuum receiver with relevent certificate and have total volume of at least 100% of the plant output in 1 minute in term of free air aspired at normal working. vacuum receiver not less than 150 ltr shall be hot dip galvanised inside and out side.
