Material and labour for 100mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pre-polished pavement Red/ yellow colour chequred tiles glossy finish of size not less than 300mm x 300mm x 20-22mm thick with anti-skid properties laid over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for heavy duty endura ceramic coloured tiles 10 mm thick dark shade (square/rectangular) polished,area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floor etc. Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and dismantling of existing floor tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 80 mm thick pre polished rubber moulded Red/ yellow colour machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658- 2006 M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in holdfast, padding to roof coping, bed block etc. and the like edge slightly rounded or chamfered including necessary use and waste of form work and demolition of existing old cement concrete (un-reinforced) not exc 15 cm thick in ground floor and paving below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars, arches etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius and built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash on wall Surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Glazed ceramic tiles coloured of size 300x 450x 7mm / 300X 600x 7mm, as on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match on and including 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 for receiving tiles as in backing and including dismantling of tiles complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for kota stone slab 20-25mm thick as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed including 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 for receiving tiles as in backing including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing & fixing false ceiling of Everest Designer tile Ivory painted (High Pressure Steam cured) of 4mm thickness (as per IS : 14862) of size 595x595mm and any one of the design (Cascade or electra) in true horizental level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel section (Galvanised @120 grms, both side inclusive and black painted groove on all T webs) consisting of main T runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and 15x32mm made from 0.30mm thick sheet spaced at 1200mm c/c and croos 'T' of size 15x32mm made of 0.30mm sheet 1200mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm c/c to form a grid of 1200x600mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600mm and size 15x32 mm made of 0.30mm thick sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x22x0.40mm and laying false ceiling tiles in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI soffit cleats fixed to existing RCC lintel with dash fasteners, GI adjustable rods of 3mm dia with galvanised Butterfly level clips or 2mm dia GI wire spaced at 1200mm c/c along main 'T', bottom exposed width of 15mm, all 'T'' sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint and black painted groove at center of size 4mm depth and 4.5mm width, all complete at all heights as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 12 mm thick for toughned glass fixed type window/Steel Railing with itching of approved design with stainless steel 304 grade fittings, fixed in wall with 90 degree connector complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in Urinal Size 0.50 x 1.10 to 0.60 x 1.20 Mtr height china urinals (wall type/floor standing ), including CP brass 32mm waste fitting with 600mm long Pvc connection screwed shank and fly-nut ,CP spider & angle cock, bedding urinal to walls with and incl 60 mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in white cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair looking mirror mounted on decorative type PVC frame fixed to wooden plug with CP brackets screw of size 600 x 450 x 5 mm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix suspended gypsum board false ceiling made out of perforated, gypsum board acoustical tiles of size 595 x 595 x 12mm thick including necessary frame work of gypsum steel GI frame work consisting intermediate channel of 15x45x0.9mm thick fixed at 1200mm Centre to Centre suspended with MS flat 25x3mm suspenders fixed to GI angle cleat fixed to structural members as directed. The perimeter channel of size 20x27x30x0.5mm thick shall be fixed at junction of wall and ceiling with screw and rawal plugs at 600mm Centre to Centre at a height of 11 metre including two coats of acrylic emulsion over a coat of primer and preparation of surfaces complete all as specified. (Note : Joint of face board shall be finished with specifically formulated jointing compound and wide fiber tape to provide seamless finish).

Supply and fix 12 mm thick Acoustic wall panel exc 0.36 Sqm but nexc 3.0 Sqm fixed with and over 50 mm GI Channel, 10 mm foam, 50 mm thick Rockwool of density 48 Kg/Cum and tissue paper, including two coats of acrylic emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. Note : Joint of face board shall be finished with specifically formulated jointing compound and wide fiber tape to provide seamless finish complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.) hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1no.), and 5.5 mm thick sheet glass complete all as specified and directed.
