Repair to RD Road to Otorkera in the District of Puri for the year 2025-26..

Clearing & grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation , grass, bushes,shrubs, saplings & trees girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier & disposal of unserviceable materials by manual means & stacking of serviciable materials to be used or acutioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal & disposal of top organic soils not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per technical specification clause 210 & as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5 kms, spreading, grading to required slope & compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoSRT&H specifications forRoad & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50mm (By mechanical means) and disposal of scarified materials within all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres etc.complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Re-Working of Scarified bituminous Surface suitable after supplementing base materials with sand & compacting fnished surface as per Technical specification & as per Clause-601.8.3.2 of MoSRT&H Specification for road & Bridge Works(Latest Revision)

Construction of granular subbase by providing close gaded granular sub-base grading-III materials as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with retovator at OMC, and compacting with vibrator roller to achieve the desired density comlete as per clasue 401 of MOSRT & H speciciation for road & bridge works (4th revision) etc.complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with PRR 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of H.G stone screening / binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Technical Specification Clause 404 of MoSRT&H specifications including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion SSI on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MoSRT&H specifications including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion RS-I@ 0.30kg per sqm on the prepared bitumenous surface/granular base treated with primer/ granular base (not primed) cleaned surface including cost of all materials, labour , T&P etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying semi dense graded bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed agreegates of specified grading , premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen ,transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled ,vibratory and tandem rollers to achive the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for the road and bridge works (4th Revision) .
