Complete cleaning/servicing of negative pressure machine for installed in covid testing{Cobas} lab of GMCH Jammu by way of disconnecting the electrical connections of the unit. The job includes chemical cleaning of cooling coil, spraying chemical cleaner over the indoor unit coil surface and outdoor units coil surface by using jet cleaner pump on both sides of coil for at least 20 minutes and then spraying the coil with fresh water till the foam goes away or till the chemical is washed off and the cleaning process is repeated till the fins and cooling coil are totally cleaned. The job also includes removing the damaged motor from the unit and sending to workshop for rewinding and fitting back after repairs. The job also includes cleaning of cooling fans, greasing to bearings of all the motors of outer units etc ,replacement of fan-01No,contactors -02 No and alignment of all the fans of outdoor units and exhaust blower, cleaning the blower and filter and then topping up of refrigerant after replacing the broken coolant outdoor copper pipe [20 ft] and insulating it. .The job also includes replacement of connectors and worn out fuses, V belts and 06 No’s Happa filters fitted inside lab in place of damaged ones. Then making all the connections of the unit and taking trial on full load .The job includes cost of material, taxes and labour charges, transportation etc.
