M&L for LT panel board, factory fabricated (CPRI approved), suitable for 415 volt,3 phase, 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply, cubical type, dust & vermin proof, made out of CRCA outer sheet 3.15mm and inner partition sheet 2.0mm thick. Frame and legs shall be made of angle iron 40x40x5 mm size. Vertical height of legs shall not less than 45 cm from top of PCC floor finish. Legs shall be grouted in PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ). The dimensions/size of the LT Panel shall be as on required basis for incorporating the electrical accessories/ components. The front and back side of the LT Panel shall be provided with hinged double doors with built in flush type locking arrangement. S & F LT XLPE insulated cable screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armourd cable of sectional area 25 Sq. mm x 4 core.(heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with aluminium conductor conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I -1988) laid in trenches/ ducts/ through pipes/ in floors / under roads/ hard standing /along poles and testing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F GI tubing light grade of size 40mm bore., ISI marked, for cable protection including fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Cable route indicator, duly engraved with 'LT CABLE 1100 VOLT' on cast iron round plate 100 mm dia with provision of 500 mm long (minimum) single leg/stand of angle iron 50 x 6 mm, welded/riveted on back side of plate, fixed and grouted in position with PCC type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, block of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for manually operated flushing tank of internal size 1.5m x 1.5m x 1.2m with PCC 1:4:8 bedding 150mm thick, PCC block masonry 200mm thick (1:5:8), 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound, 100mm thick RCC slab DWC sewage pipe 150mm dia of 10Rm from flushing tank to manhole with overflow arragement and disc valve/gate arrangement, CI manhole cover of size 800 x 600mm complete all as specified in IS-4III (Part-II) and shown on drawing no. CEAG/JODH/101/2022 sheet no. 1/1 dated 25.07.2022. Note: Reinforcement in RCC work shall be measured and separately under respective item of Sch 'A' (BOQ).
