Valid PAN and GST registration as applicable to the bidder.
Satisfactory completion of at least one similar supply contract of stationery/office consumables having value not less than Rs. 25.25 lakh (50% of estimated tender value) during the preceding five completed financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26) for any Government Department, ULB, PSU, statutory body or public institution.
Annual financial turnover of not less than Rs. 50.50 lakh in any one of the preceding five completed financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26).
Bidder shall not be blacklisted/debarred or under a subsisting declaration of ineligibility for corrupt/fraudulent practices by Government of Karnataka or any Government/ULB/PSU/competent public authority as on the bid submission date.
Bidder shall not have a conflict of interest that affects fair participation, including association with a consultant/firm that prepared specifications for this procurement where such association creates an unfair advantage.
